no matter what I can control my temper, not all things go through anger, when it's time to avoid stress or get angry, avoid being bad at all. It's always fun
Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Hi! I am a newbie here. I quite struggle about holding my temper and i easily flare up whenever i lost my temper on someone or a certain situation. How do you guys manage yours and stay normal in the midst of pressure? I know it is not ok to just be carried away by our emotions easily specially when the result could be disastrous but what to do?

if you get beaten up with a golf club until your both legs are completely broken and have to use wheelchair for rest of your life, it will be fixed right away.

the main reason people have short temper is because they have low self esteem and want to be noticed.
lower self esteem = higher voice and anger

so if you can build up self esteem and be someone who is more respected and noticed, then you surely don't have to be beaten up like a mashed potatoes.

The anger should be reduced considerably for people as may bring partiality among different levels of people in society.

I have "lost" my temper a few times recently. In every case, it was warranted.

There's a way to lose your temper in a productive manner and I've gotten better at it recently.

1) Don't call them names.

2) Yell questions at them more than anything else.

3) Actually listen to their responses.

You can't take back shitty things you say so it's better to freak out asking questions than make blank statements about why or what you're upset about.

Just stay calm as long as possible, take a deep breath and relax, think before you speak clear your mind in negativity because if you will express anger it will only make things bad

yeah right, but its a challenge for yourself on how to handle your positive and negative sides. That's normally growing acts of our attitude. Since were having some difficulties in life except were aging... Just make it balance and fair as well. Take a deep breath and give yourself time to think what word will come out from you..

Anger is a way of expressing our emotions. But we have to hold our temper in times of angry moments so that we don't cause harm. What I do when I'm getting angry is to just leave the scene. This calms me down a bit since I'm away from the source of anger.

I am 35 years old, When I am 25 years old I do not keep calm when I'm angry, or solve work. I have failed so much because of the temper. But later I learned from experience, keeping calm in every situation. I was successful.

The first thing about managing temper is trying as much as possible to avoid anything or discussions that will stir up rage and anger in you. But if it comes, try as much as possible to smile no matter how difficult it may be, and if that doesn't work, start counting numbers in your heart before you get to 50 the temper should have gone, try that it never fails

Pause and take deep breaths
The first thing you need to do when you find yourself in a stressful state is to take a deep breath. Do not act in a hurry, because the actions you take during the loss of composure will surely make you regret. Close your eyes to 10, to reduce the amount of adrenaline released by your adrenal glands in your brain, then take a deep breath to calm down. The brain's action suggests that you can apply the 4: 4 breathing technique, inhale for 4 seconds, hold the breath for 4 seconds, and then exhale slowly for 4 seconds. Repeat this technique until you feel calm enough to react.
