Hi! I am a newbie here. I quite struggle about holding my temper and i easily flare up whenever i lost my temper on someone or a certain situation. How do you guys manage yours and stay normal in the midst of pressure? I know it is not ok to just be carried away by our emotions easily specially when the result could be disastrous but what to do?

Where the same about controlling our temper and it is so hard to control it, because if it explode I can't explain what will I do, so what i'm doing is I will hurt my body or my head.

it's not that easy to hold temper but there are many means of holding temper.  Such means are meditation ,watching a movie or listening to music.

Holding your temper is hard especially when the guy is near you and keeps annoying you, you can just easily punch him but go to a supporting friend and help you calm down or just go like in a park.

Getting away from what's making you mad is one way of holding it.
Also listening to music is a good way to hold your temper relax and enjoy good music.

They say inhale and exhale for some seconds to calm yourself and you mind for you to think if you loose your temper you could say something that might hurt the feelings of people that triggered why you loose your temper.

I used to have that but I would advice you to always take a deep breath when you are confroted with temper issues and always walk far away from the scene

I dont think counting 1-20 will make my bad temper subside. Unless i do it repeatedly, or maybe with singing too
