Do we keep the buried anger for days, months, even years? Such anger can be "crusty" into the root of bitterness. I speak to myself while in the same situation and understand that maybe the person is having a difficult situation at a time that causes him to become angry...!!!!

If you lose your temper for too much, you shouldn't be at this forum. Cryptocurrency isn't the best option for you I suppose

Try to focus on the positive things rather than the things that make you mad.

Do not take everything on personal, ignore the negativity in all forms and you will be able to stay calm and normal.

The ways I hold my temper is that, whenever I am angry, I stop talking and walk away. talking while you are angry and staying there will make the angry to increase.

It is normal to get out of temper. Because we all are just humans. But then, of course, we have to control our anger most of the time so that we can't have a rush decision. Always have your presence of mind. Be calm and breathe.

I will share my tips when i hold my temper Take a couple of deep breaths Slow your heart rate and send oxygen to your brain. Psychologist Carlos Coto at Pick the Brain suggests the 4x4 breathing technique where you breath in for four seconds, hold the breath for four seconds, and exhale the breath slowly for four seconds. Repeat until you feel calm enough to react.

You should consider the place when you release your anger. Bursting out in a public place is not a good idea and make a warning first before you fight back so people will be on your side.

Do not be easily provoked by others. When there is someone who wants to provoke your emotions, you should give a smile to him. Whether he will smile back or not, the most important thing is that this shows that you are not provoked by the emotions caused by the act. Today many people solve all problems rashly. They put emotions ahead of thinking cold heads before anarchist action. Many losses that occur due to the act of people who can not control themselves. In fact, people who are always angry will lose money

If you have a problem, do not face it with anger. Instead, calm yourself with anger will make you not think quietly. Could be, what you did was not right. Should dampen your anger then try to solve the problem with the mind calm and relaxed so you can take appropriate action. Facing the problem with a sense of anger will be in vain. When angry, you can not control yourself. So, how can you solve the problem with a sense of anger in the chest.  Embarrassed

although I still can not hold my anger 100% gan. but I always try to hold back my anger. because anger is not good in any matter. let alone in household life. the tip end if we continue to follow our anger will definitely split (divorced)
