Avoiding anger to occur is really quite difficult to do. But for me, I am able to hold my temper as I always think of what will happen after certain actions caused by madness. I always consider every situation I am in, calming myself and then speak in a pleasant way still.

in my opinion, it is not good to hold our temper, because if we are angry and we are hiding it from people our anger will just boost if you can't control it anymore which is not good for us. Maybe it is better to show to the people your true emotion and don't hide it, because we will just suffer from that emotions.

Well if the person deserves it, it’s ok to let go ever now and then.

Hi! I am a newbie here. I quite struggle about holding my temper and i easily flare up whenever i lost my temper on someone or a certain situation. How do you guys manage yours and stay normal in the midst of pressure? I know it is not ok to just be carried away by our emotions easily specially when the result could be disastrous but what to do?

Do not bring everything or problems with emotion, respond to it all casually or cool head so that what we do becomes lighter even though it is quite heavy. do your work with a heart that enjoy.
and do not forget to pray to God because by praying we can calm our hearts for the better
I'm sure it can ease your anger  Wink

yeah i think its better to truly convey how you feel to other people
since just hiding how you feel might burst later and cause bigger problems

For every human being. Keeping calm is very important. In every situation, if we calm down we will find the best solution. If you do not stay calm, the situation can get worse. So, I always remind myself not to be tempered

Anger is very exhausting emotion, so try to never forget about it. And follow this famous advice: "Keep your mind clear, that's it."
