Try to focus on the positive things rather than the things that make you mad.

For every human being. Keeping calm is very important. In every situation, if we calm down we will find the best solution. If you do not stay calm, the situation can get worse. So, I always remind myself not to be tempered

Anger is very exhausting emotion, so try to never forget about it. And follow this famous advice: "Keep your mind clear, that's it."

Avoiding anger to occur is really quite difficult to do. But for me, I am able to hold my temper as I always think of what will happen after certain actions caused by madness. I always consider every situation I am in, calming myself and then speak in a pleasant way still.

Why should you? It is said that the world will not be destroyed by evil, it will be by the good people who do nothing to save it.

I think depression many times manifests itself as anger. I have been depressed in the past and I would have a short-fuse and take things out on my loved ones.

Start humming or chant something whenever you are getting angry.
