Where can you download the beta AMD driver from?

What is this difference between this fix and the official driver?

What operating systems does this fix support?

Thanks

Will this restore the hashrate before the problem of dag appears, for me was 30.5 and now 28
or just will increase it a bit higher for example 29 ?

This does appear to work fine.    I dunno if AMD is gonna release an official driver with this fix or not, but in the mean time it looks like a viable solution.

I tried on 2 rigs, both with rx580.       Speed went back up from ~28.4 to my initial 30.55MH per card.

1- Make sure you update to claymore 9.8
2- OC and voltage control DO work with BETA version of MSI AB. (link in above post, msi afterburner 4.4.0 BETA 15 )
3- Make sure you apply atikmdag-patcher before system restart

Will deploy to my other rigs soon

Dear friends, I would like to share with you fix for well known DAG problem on RX polaris graphics cards, taken from unofficial beta driver of AMD.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Download driver.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/fknhmqdv0k5v3ic/Drivers_DAG_fix_BETA.zip?dl=0
or
https://ufile.io/hw70y

Install driver via Device manager, right click on your card and point to unpacked folder what you previously download from one of the links above.

2. Install well known patcher (atikmdag-patcher), link below.
https://www.monitortests.com/atikmdag-patcher-1.4.5.zip

3. Restart your RIG.

IMPORTANT: You must use Clymore's Dual latest version, at the moment v9.8. OC not working on AB(voltage and fan control only), but it is working via command -cclock / -mclock via Clymore's miner.

INFO:
I personally test on all RX models, from my experience RX470/480 no problem, but you need to control clocks via miner. I put this driver on really huge pool and what to tell you guys, hash result is awesome.
Tested on win10 on all rigs.

I tried this and my 470's hashrate dropped from 26.5 to 19/20.  reverted back to previous drivers and got my hashrate back.

I can confirm that this worked on 1 of my RX570/RX580 machines.  I went into Device Manager, and updated the driver like the OP stated.  I only had to update 1 card, and it updated the rest for me.  My hashrate on a 7GPU system went from 184 to 192.  I am going to try it on an RX480 and RX470 machine, and will report back.

Uninstall your current driver - use DDU
I just updated all my gpus via device manager.
Reboot system, run ati patcher, reboot gain and all was well. I use the Afterburner beta, works perfectly with this driver.

You install it in Device Manager by right click on the video driver then hitting Update Driver Software.  Then select the path of the driver folder you downloaded.

I just installed it on an RX480 machine.  My hashrate went from 159 to 169 on a 6GPU machine.

It works in rx480 nitro plus 8gb and in x580 nitro plus 8gb in these I have noticed that although the voltage lowered consumes  40-60w plus the rig with 6 gpu https://i.imgur.com/l2tFvdd.jpg

robin hood is here to ripp of your ass with backdored driver.

Why AMD did not post this before, instead of this you trust to some guy who uploads drivers to dropbox.

Why not direct link from AMD?
