Nothing can get even near to bitcoins, really. NEO or any other altcoin are like ants in front of the king. Bitcoins rule !
But if someone wanna waste his time hooking up in altcoins, then NEO will be a good entertainment. I really wanna see how far can NEO go...

For me, NEO look like as Stellar, Ripple earlier this year when the mega bullish market still happening.

The fact is that Neo, like Eth, will have many more uses than just an ICO platform and Neo actually offers a lot to the table in terms of being a multifaceted platform utilizing multiple programming languages. All the crypto currencies are gonna recover soon and so will NEO but the main focus should be on which digital currency to choose for future investments.

If you follow closely Neo price development you can see there is clearly lots of manipulation going on  right now that tries to push the price down. Just moments ago Neo started to go up but then some whale put up a "sell-wall" (over 1000 neos) to 530k. Without the whales manipulation the price would allready be much higher.

I think the whales want price to first drop to some specific level and then they will start massively buy Neo again.

I wouldn't classify 1000 NEO as a sell wall. People are probably selling their stocks to either buy up a more promising venture or because they're shorting the market.

You think its conincidence that everytime Neo starts to grow a bit someone starts to dump hundreds and thousands of Neos? This started 9 hours ago. Just when Neo was starting to grow a bit a flatline appeared and stayed for 45 minutes at 540k until the price started to drop and it has dropped ever since. If that is not a "sell-wall" then nothing is. You can see it yourself from Neo one minute price graph in Bittrex.

Not too late in so far as the current situation is concerned. There is a big possibility that the price of NEO will continue going down for a little more while. The china situation is still not totally felt by NEO. The shock is still continuing to do some bad movements in the chart for NEO. Wait until it is already so low and then buy. Recovery will follow.

First of all the news was not a fake one and China was just trying to protect the investors. Secondly, China is planning to resume ICOs soon in much better way.
Back to the topic, NEO and OmiseGo have shown a marvelous progress in last 24 hours. However, it is not even late to buy NEO. Man, these late words just suits for those who are going for bitcoins now.
