These people never stops about the fact that bitcoin cash is just another alt coin in the market. Bitcoin is bitcoin and it will never be replaced by another alt coin, it can be upgraded into v2.0 or something similar but it will remain bitcoin. Put that in your mind that everyone will still stay on the original bitcoin. And that's not BCH.
But you're forgetting that Core just forced thru the Segwit changes to "original Bitcoin". So "original Bitcoin" is not really Bitcoin anymore either. Rumor has it "original Bitcoin" may forking again when they refuse the 2MB hard fork of Segwit2x, because Core wants to start banning Segwit2x nodes... At some point "original Bitcoin" could be so crippled that it loses value, That's where Bitcoin Cash could step in. Bitcoin will always remain bitcoin. Because of Segwit it will not be called as the original bitcoin anymore? If you say so, if you want to push bitcoin cash for another highlight or you can see that this is going to be a good choice for everybody when it comes to transaction. Do it for yourself, well it's a fact that bitcoin's value can lose suddenly but if you think that BCH is the successor, I don't think so. Forget about the scaling war for a minute. And don't worry about names. What you seem to be oblivious to is that "Original bitcoin" just forcefully soft-forked to a completely different block storage and validation system (Segwit), which is as of yet unproven. Miners who don't wish to use Segwit have NO CHOICE but to use it if they want their blocks to be accepted. So "original bitcoin" has changed by 6000 lines of code, and the network is working very differently at this very moment. Most people on this forum seem happy about this new change, but that doesn't mean that "original bitcoin" remains the same. Furthermore, new attack vectors have been uncovered by Segwit. Bitcoin Cash, on the other hand, opted to remain with the ORIGINAL BITCOIN block storage and validation method - no Segwit. Are you starting to see my point?

Bitcoin cash is the side chain and i do not see it writing off Bitcoin the main chain which has the majority support as far as i know. And how possible will Bitcoin cash transition to become the main coin when we all know it's the alt here and very few people are actually speculating about it to grow its community, support and market cap?? IMO this is mission impossible for BCH
If fees to use bitcoincash remain way lower than fees to use bitcoin, people will use bitcoincash. They won't care that some people label it an "alt". Nobody cares about labels, they just care about cost.

Yah this all seems pretty silly to me. BCH has no future beyond the few folks that have been propping it up with their real bitcoin profits the last week or so. I'd say odds of BCH beating BTC are 1 in 100 ha better chance at the casino. I prefer BCH such a shit coin though there many one think that Bitcoin cash is a smart thing to hold. It seems to stand a very reasonable chance of becoming "the real bitcoin" one day. Really! it does make any sense. I wish, not.

Pure FUD ! Bitcoin Cash is an ALTCOIN. This is why discussion about it take place here. Also, its price is much inferior to Bitcoin's price, showing that I am not saying it is worth less, but also the whole world. Go back dreaming !

Even with segwit, BlockStreamcoin can only scale to 4.5 tx/sec
Mining cartels will refuse to implement any new scaling proposals for BScoin
Meanwhile the real Bitcoin will have 2000 tx/sec
Blockstream and core devs are working with the US gov to force users off-chain
Big blocks or GTFO
Bitcoin will never be the bitcoin cash. It's not intended to duplicate its advantages and being of popularity. Bitcoin has special characteristics among others. Bitcoincash was good in the beginning but lately you'll realize that this digital coin are worthless and you'll dump it.

But there is the possibility of bitcoin cash can become bitcoin when viewed from hargannya which rose almost three times the original price.

Bitcoin has still majority of the support, I do not see it shifting anytime soon especially now that segwit is getting activated. I do not see BCH getting ahead if it does not get support from miners. Difficulty will just drop down and will be prone from outside attacks.

You can ignore segwit if you don't like it, the fact that miners must block segwit enabled bitcoins has no impact on your BTC holdings. It is a soft fork. What did you expect, to create an altcoin that has segwit? that would create a crash on the price, and the main point was to avoid a hardfork so we don't end up with a bunch of different bitcoins all claiming to be the original bitcoin. The legacy chain is the original bitcoin, with or without segwit. Maybe in the future a reasonable hardfork can be made, not anytime soon. If BCash is so awesome and original bitcoin, then dump your BTC for BCC.

I think the Bticoin Cash will have a long way to be the bitcoin. Maybe with the support of the miners and the pools, the bitcoin cash will be great success in the future, so I will buy some and hold it as a long term investment.
Why would you want to hold bitcoin cash? Bitcoin cash is not going to last, it does not matter how much miner support it gets from some miners, most of the user base of bitcoin do not want anything to do with bitcoin cash and at the end that is going to be its downfall.

No. Bitcoin cash is a fork of bitcoin. It is actually closer in code to the original bitcoin than segwit bitcoin is. Discussion about bitcoin cash takes place here because this forum is controlled by people with certain agendas

Same logic that Ethereum supporters used when the ETC split happened. I'm not saying that BCC could overtake Bitcoin. That seems incredibly unlikely. But ETC didn't have a community, hardly any hashpower and no services when the split happened. Yet it still dumped and pumped like most other altcoins and it basically just tracks the ETH chart now. So there may be some good money to be made on holding it.

After a sharp price jump in the first hours of the existence of this coin, we see only a decline. I do not think that this coin has any future. Most likely in a few months we will forget about it

Well, that's just like any other altcoin, then. The speculative basis for this altcoin is that it has superior scaling and will have lower fees, but is otherwise "Bitcoin." Seems pretty crappy to me, but with the right marketing and even just a small community, they could retain position as a top 10 altcoin. That's a pretty big accomplishment in and of itself. The Segwit2x fork looms, and I think this was a test bed for that. Unfortunately it looks like the lack of hashpower pointed at BCC is the primary reason people called it an altcoin, not because it was a hard fork...

Just on a side note, the best price does not mean that it is the best technology and no one in their right sense will sell off their bitcoins just to collect bitcoin cash,if they are interested in it,they will invest more in it and if the price rises you could profit from it,other than that never expect anyone to sell off bitcoin just to get another coin.

I think BCC is a failed product! So why do some of you want to sell bitcoin just to buy bitcoincash. Even bitcoincash transactions once delivery takes 4-5 hours with 6 confirmations. That's far from what some people say that bitcoincash will make bitcoin die. LOL
