Just as Symphonized mentioned, there are some answers that she may not be able to provide right away so she simply forwards the matter to our superiors. There is no need to say anything bad about her (or anyone else in general) because of that. We all have our job domains and we are trying to do them as best as we can, even if that means that we make mistakes sometimes.

I am not sure how that would work since that person would again have to check with admins or us, so it would be the same I guess. The best solution would be if we, the Support Team and admins, could try and be more active here.

Surely enough, there is always the option for you to reach us on Live chat and we will have everything sorted there instantly.

It should work even when you're not logged in since the chat is still showing up on the home page just type the command for looking up the bet ids.

Like I said I believe I didn't say anything bad about her, in fact I am probably saying something nice if you consider it this way that stake has given symphonized only a right to share the races here and that's it, what could she do? That is all they have given her and I feel like that is not fair to her neither, what would you think if your boss comes to you and says "all you do will be sharing race times and rewards and that's it, you are not responsible for anything else at all, don't let me even catch you talking with customers", that would piss you off as well.

Stake could literally hire her or someone else (I vote for her) to actually go talk with superiors but then come back here and tell us what the result is, just informing superiors are not enough, she should be able to come back and share the results with us as well, that way even if she is not capable of deciding anything herself, at least she can let us know the point of views of superiors and would have a bigger task for her job.

it happens to me too sometimes . i notice that my wagger is smaller than my profit , that is because i hit higher payouts too early  or too often .

i dont think there is a strategy with this game because the mechanics is pretty simple  , you just place bet and roll or wait for the results  but you can try martingaling because i think the longer you play the more chance wins like this will appear just like on a dice game when i hunt for 990 and above payouts  .

Multiple bets most likely. Casino sites usually advertise these big wins and most assume immediately that the player is in profit without thinking that he/she may have lost more overall. Big losses are never advertised for obvious reasons.

Why would a casino advertise the big losses anyway, I mean no other place does it so I am sure if one place starts the others will not follow. So, the logical step is to show the big wins only and not the other ones. A person could play a million times on a x999 and not even win once, but the advertisement worthy one will be the next one he wins, that way it looks like "look you can have this as well!!" and they are kind of right as well, that CAN be you, maybe you will win on your first ever try, or maybe you will win on your thousandth try, mathematically both of them are possible.

One thing you can't do this is sportsbook part, every slip is different, every game is different, you can lose many times before and win or you can win many times and lose, they will be all different games.

I would strongly recommend no one play here and to seek other bitcoin casinos. Clearly this casino is greed-focused and offer no sympathy or support for good customers.

This is actually the reason why I stopped gambling AND trading real money on any type of iPhone, because I had similar issues such as you. With gambling especially on a small screen its very easy to enter the wrong bet amount or hit the wrong button. Especially if you are doing it over and over again. There is no refunds for such thing because the mistakes came from your own side.
1. You realize very well that using iPhones may makes the site looks not as good as the original one. It does mobile friendly, at least it works fine on mobile android browser. Indeed most buttons as close to each other so players are responsible for this possible miss-click.
2. You have played several times on the blackjack and I believe you notices that there is no features like what you mean "are you sure..." when you hit the Double button. So you cant complain about it after a lose bet with real balance. You should always try the game on any sites to see the full features of the game.
3. Support cant help any players in case of miss click. Once you make a bet then nothing cant be changed no matter you push wrong button or not.

All in all, if you get a refund of such kind of accident then most other players will do the same by creating a story of miss click to get a refund once they lose their bet.
