It wasnt a live bet. It was a bet made before the match started. I was just used to 1st half bets being graded after the half was over. Was unexpected to see and be told by support I would have to be more patient and then see it be graded after the game.

There's a weird quirk with Stake's odds provider: if you bet something pre-live (even if it's 1H or 1Q), it settles after the game fully ends. If you bet the same market live, then they settle as you would expect them to. If you ask for a sportsbook manager in support, I think they can help settle them quicker as long as someone is online.

It looks like Stake hasn't fixed their live bet system yet which is disappointing. The system needs a big performance improvement in my opinion. Both the casino and sports betting categories continue to lag like crazy even though it's been years since they launched.

If they continue giving these excuses without fixing these issues, they risk losing many punters in the long term. If they want to compete with the best like Pinnacle, Fairlay etc, they need to take care of these issues asap.

The sportsbook launched November 2019 IIRC so it hasn't even been close to a year, and Fairlay's UX is worse in almost every way.

Stake does have a bit of problems with the sportsbook side but to expect them to fix it already and calling it "still not fixed" is a bit harsh because lets be honest the leagues weren't around so they didn't had too many live bets to grade properly for the past 3-4 months, which is why I think it was also a bit hard to troubleshoot the problem since they couldn't have the same problem again. Now that they have it again, I am sure they will work on it.

Plus, do not forget that they are working with a third party provider for the odds and the grading etc, so they are actually not a sportsbook, they are just a big affiliate by the logic, they may pay and get paid for all the work but the odds are given to them readily made and graded that way as well. So, the problem is with stake for sure but not all of it, the provider has some issues as well obviously.

Which crypto sports book, offer their own odds, all of them use odds provider, it's cost effective, only big book can afford their own odds.

I placed a bet thinking if it runs well I will cashout. (basketball game)
Now the game went well with my team being up by as many as 10 , pre odds have been 3.25.
So the moneyline is closed since the beginning and only 3 way moneyline is open, so I cannot cash out. Who the fuck wants a 3 way moneyline? Does anybody bet on draw at basketball??? And of course now the game goes to shit.

ALSO, I never know what the max bet is for some odds, I just have to guess. Before there was a max stake button to click, not there anymore.

I do not think he is referring to the chatroom, but he is referring to the live chat to support. In case he is banned on chatroom, he will be still able to open the chatbox but he wont be able to chat.

@Bitnity you’re correct as he’s referring to their chat support, and it’s weird that he claims he didn’t get a reply, because whenever I have asked their support for help they have replied to me within minutes. Further I feel that he have spoken rudely with them, and that’s why they may have not replied instantly to him, hence I would suggest him to speak nicely with them, and provide his bet I’d like DusanD has suggested as that’ll help support fix the issue.

If customers are complaining about something and feel like you are not doing it right, they have all the rights to create a "fuss", it is called complaint and all companies who do not do something properly gets it. Instead of trying to diminish the importance of correct grading on a sportsbook, and putting the blame on the customers for making a big deal out of nothing, why don't you learn how to grade the games correctly on the correct time? It is kind of your job to begin with. I am not saying this is a big deal, it really wasn't but the response is disgusting, enough to stop playing sports bet on stake and I shall do that, I will probably find a place that would listen to complaints instead of calling them "making a fuss".

Well, looking at the name "scammed by nitro" and now having problems with the support of stake which hasn't been a trouble for half a decade or even longer (ever since primedice) I am pretty sure maybe the language caused it? Just because you can justify your "talking hard but not rude" doesn't mean they feel the same way, or maybe you might think your trouble is clear as day but it doesn't have to be clear to them.

At the end of the day as long as you think there is a reason for being rude, you are the wrong one, I do not think you should be rude to anyone no matter what the situation is. In any case you can learn the max simply by writing the number, if you write too much it gives a warning and tells you what the max bet is, quite simple to test, just write 1000 btc on all and it will show what the max is.
