I prefer Dice in comparison since I usually tend to win more often over there for random reasons. The recent crazy multiplier wins in Stake are something else. I am hoping that I can hit one such multiplier one day.

I don't think that ownership changed hands. The easiest way to tell would be to look up the WHOIS info on the domain or see if the cold storage has been moved to a new address.

PD/Stake are making great revenue and I don't see a reason why they would want to sell their profitable business, doesn't make sense.

Usually the sites that sell their business are unprofitable or if they are profitable the announcement gets made public. Because if its leaked that a site has new ownership it might be bad for business. As the new owners might not be as trustworthy as the old owners. Kind of like when Microsoft bought Github.

There is no way that they would sell a profitable business just like that, yes there were times when profitable closed down earlier but that is not the case here, the likely scenario is that primedice started as a fun project for Stunna and Edward and they were carrying out the day to day duties and maintenance and other things, but now they have established well enough so that they have a team to carry on those duties and Stunna and Edward has stepped down from duties to monitor the site on a daily basis as they have employed people to take care of everything .

All systems are super difficult and risky when it comes to gambling against the house edge, there are ones that look like they are better compared to others but in reality all of them fail to even make a dent in stake because everyone loses in the end with long enough losing streak.

However, martingale has been proven to be the most sane one if you have a deep pocket, you do not have to win all the time because even if you lose and double in the end if you have deep enough pocket to recover you can lose 50 times in a row and just keep on betting with your huge bankroll, even if you hit max you can keep on hitting max with less bet but high reward and keep doing it until you are break even, its all up to how much bankroll you have. Of course you may end up losing way more than you are willing to in the end too.

Actually Mines House Edge is 1% while Baccarat is 1.1% (not a big change but still 10% higher).. and yeah, in fact Blackjack House Edge is just 0.48% but I have had higher red streak at BJ than I had at Mines.. and that's why I said "some kind of martinfail" because I am not going to double my bet each time I catch a red.. as I play a 1.2375x payout (a.k.a 1.24x) I will multiply my previous bet by 4 and pick the same tile as I picked before.. the longest red streak I had playing that way was 4 reds in a row just once, most all the time I don't catch more than 3 to be honest with you.. and yeah, at the end the more reds you hit in a row the higher your loss gonna be but, as you could see in the picture, if you play it manually and can control your greed it is pretty worth

50 reds in a row on 50/50 does sound "almost" impossible and I am sure it happened once or twice before in the past but not often.

People did however have losses with 20 reds in a row. I think my largest was like 17 losses and I lost all my BTC years ago. And in the PD chat there were people who had 20 losses in a row and emptied their account.

Even if you bet with 1 Satoshi, getting 50 losses is brutal because that 1 Satoshi bet would be about 55% of all the Bitcoins in existance which would be impossible to cover with the next bet.

This is why so many people who are new end up emptying their account. Because at first its fun betting with $1 and making like $25 or $50 at the end of the day, but eventually the time will come where you are sitting at double digit red rolls and you are running out of funds to keep up.

Hence its better to just do reverse margintale, where you only double your bet on a win. So if you get lucky and get like 15 wins in a row, you can win big with a small base bet. Most gamblers don't do this however.

It is not only about number of bets set, but also about number of money they set for each bet (when they go into mad). Such things, together, cause another wave of fastly loses. Gambling is a game of luck, so if someday or someweek we are out of luck, we should stop gamble for a while, days, or weeks, before come back to gamble. Such cooling time will help us to rebalance both our physisal and psychologial conditions, that's good for next bets.

The odds for you to lose 28 in a row at 49.95% is 0.00000049% which yes, is really low but not impossible to happen.. actually even when the odds are 0.00000000% it is still not impossible when it comes to gambling lol
Anyways, in order to cover a 1 satoshi base bet, increasing it by 100% each red you will get you would still need about 350 BTC to cover 35 reds in a row.. but again, it would be a 1 satoshi base bet, increase 100% on loss and 35 reds in a row have a 0.00000000% to happen but it doesn't mean it will never happen

I did this too, but it also got busted because my last bet goes higher then total of our winnings before. Let say you won 5 streak wins, your base bet 1 sat, so your total winning is 1+2+4+8+16 = 31 sats, when you lose at 6th bet, with betting at 32 sats, all of your winning before wiped out because of that only 1 lost.
