I cant fully agree if disabling faucet can affect the site negatively. The faucet amount is just so small amount while users can earn much more through the rainbot, challenge, forum rewards, and many other promotions. I think the faucets will pretty soon be a thing of the past. Basically the faucet was invented to try out Bitcoin without having to go thru the hassle of buying it or mining it. I could not test the faucet with doge because i have balance in doge and faucet only works if you have zero balance. However to check, i did try bitcoin faucet and it says that the faucet is disabled. The faucet can be disabled for any reason (maintenance etc) but the there should be announcement of it on stake.com to avoid unnecessary rumours.

If they plan to shut the faucet there is nothing wrong as it was created initially for awareness and to test and the platform, they are giving away coins for active users and to participate in their activities and it is the best promotion if you are visiting the site to gamble and since they are established they do not need collectors who are active in the site to collect the free coins  . Calm down guys, you do not have to go into this philosophical discussion about what faucets bring to the table and how important they are etc etc. I am sure it is just a glitch and they are working on it and soon they will fix it. If they came out and said that they are no longer giving away faucets than I would have understand but symphonized even said maybe its a temporary thing and asked you to send a ticket.

I checked myself and I got ethereum faucet so it doesn't seem to be working the same for everyone but I couldn't get bitcoin neither so I assume some of it is more global. Lets wait and give them some time to breath and work on it and I am sure they will be capable of fixing it very soon. I have seen this come up before but after doing what the owner said to do from the last major update it had not returned.
I posted on how to resolve the issues with you particular browser. If it does not help then it is some another lying issue.

Tried to play Mines on the site from mobile version and the game is not getting displayed properly. Any ideas to fix this issue?

Never faced similar issue before while playing on the mobile version but sometime the graphic of the game is gone when my internet connection is bad. So lets say I play a game, it was fine at the start but the image/graphic of the game is gone (turn to blank like what is shown on your screenshot. Afaik it is due to unstable internet connection, what I ussually do to fix it is by reloading the page.

Doesn't seems like the case since other games are loading properly with the same internet connection and this visual error still persists in mines no matter how many times I open and fix my cache.

During the last site wide update of the site Thursday I think it was done most people had issues with the site doing consecutive bets using the autobet option And some error on the screen being displayed.

Most of the issues still happened using the chrome browser.

I did the F12 then the left click on the refresh circled arrow on the top left of the task bar on my chrome browser to bring up the available option.
just open the Chrome Dev Tools by pressing F12. Once the chrome dev tools are open, just right click on the refresh button and a menu will drop down. This menu gives you the option of doing a hard refresh, or even clearing the cache and do a hard refresh automatically.
Everything starting working normally again after that.

or maybe it is Firefox related , since I'm using firefox and it behaves erratically when I play dice
my chat would freeze after some period of time, randomly and I get network errors
ah and when I leave it to its own devices the stake's page  manages to hog 5-8 gigabytes of RAM somehow
hope it is going to get fixed soon since I do not fancy changing my browser ,besides, Chrome users report it as well

I agree, many people prefer the faucet. Yes, there might be other taking advantage of the service at the moment but this can easily be regulated. If i recall correctly both Primedice and Stake won't allow faucet farmers withdrawing without making a first deposit into their account for safety reasons and abuse prevention as stated.

honestly, faucets are just a continuation of a tradition at this point; if the casinos really wanted to they could easily just put play money up for the users to test the site with. a sikmilar solution was implemented by bitvest, where the faucet is purely play money now (they can be redeemed for actual coin at a certain threshold) in the form of tokens.
