Well I think this question answers itself.

This is an anonymous site, no kyc required. I made far bigger withdrawals without any problems.
The fact that I have to wait now for them to tell me wtf is going on is just ridiculous.

Also, they didnt even contact me about it. No email, no message. I had to contact them after I coulnd not withdraw. Imagine if I would have made a deposit today this money would have been stuck as well. This angers me even more!

To be perfectly honest with you, if you are not going to share more information, stake will have nothing to do about this situation. If you think you did absolutely zero things wrong, they will tell you what you did wrong but didn't realize. There are bunch of moments when gamblers do not realize what they did was wrong and against the rules, never really read the rules and end up getting their account blocked because they didn't realize what they did was wrong all along.

If there was really nothing wrong at all, that means they will find a way to recoup whatever you lost and they will give it all back. They will definitely make sure that you get your money back and they will not create any more problems, they will just check what you did and if there is really nothing wrong after all the checking, they won't keep your money any longer.

I have a problem with stake.
Registered at stake 3 weeks ago and played me up to platinum or whatever the name is.
I am up maybe 10k on my account.
Yesterday I deposited 0.09 and 0.07 and played myself up close to 0.33.

Today I wanted to withdraw my money and got the info "you are not allowed to do that".

Chat support refuses to answer what is going on and said I must contact accounts@stake.com.
First she said the department will message me "very soon", and some messages later suddenly is was "Just to mention, it can take up a couple of business days for the team to respond on your email."

What is this site trying to pull? I am from a non banned country, only ever had this 1 account and never did anything wrong. I think wiining might be wrong in ther eyes.
I think its only because I won too much and they dont like that.

I read your other posts and first of all, keep calm. Stake is a casino owned by PrimeDice, believe me, they are the one of the least company to lie you in crypto gambling industry. They have given away up to 50 bitcoin and your coins mean nothing to scam for (This just to make sure you to calm).

If somehow there isn't response from them, try to contact online support for multiple times. Email them, they'll definitely reach out to you soon. Also, they have right to ask for KYC documents. Were you using VPN with shared IP? This can be a problem too. Are you sure that there was none suspicious activity on your account? Including depositing and withdrawing immediately?

I don't even suggest you to open scam accusation thread because they aren't scammers and this issue will be solved easily. Have a nice day!

Afaik, the suspicious activity on your account can lead to limited withdrawals or even banning the account. If the user has made a few logins to Stake from different geolocations, this can happen and I have faced with similar situation a few months ago. Later the senior manager has contacted me by email and asked for the real IP address which I have made a withdrawal request. In less than 1 hour, they confirmed my withdrawal and everything was ok on this account. Btw, what is the name of game you have made a big profit? I didn't get the slot or game which you marked as " played me up to platinum or whatever the name is. ".

I know you are impatient but this only 8 or more hours ago, I also have issues on sites I'm working on and sometimes it took 48 hours, I don't know Stake.com response time but they know that if this is not properly address at the right and the soonest time they can lose their momentum they are one of the top gambling site here, the ball is in their hands now.

Have patience, the support team will help you withdraw your funds. Being a platinum member of stake you'd have been assigned with members with whom you can get your queries and issues solved. Try with that particular person through telegram.

By the time go through the mail you've received and check whether it is from the official stake e-mail account, because in the name of stake someone can try to take control of your (platinum member) account.

VIP host did not help (she claimed she is not responsible), I already wrote about that. Email is offical. Even if anybody would ever phish my stuff you cannot withdraw without 2fa and other stuff.

It definitely looks like Man city will win once again, given that Arsenal hasn't won in any recent fixtures against Man City. Even worse for Arsenal they are playing as the away team this game so they have less luck of scoring. If I take Manchester City FC & Over 3.5 special bet, then Man City would have to cover all four of those goals, since Arsenal usually only scored 0 or 1 goals in those matches.

Their last meeting which was at FA cup semifinals though - it leaves me a bit uneasy about Arsenal's talent since they won that game 2-0. They were playing as home team though so I think if luck stays with us then Man City's winning streak as home will continue.

First of all you were wrong to call out stake a scam place and keep talking about how they stole your money and they were not helping you at all etc etc basically telling everyone that they are bad at core idea. You also shunned Stunna and talked about how bad he is as well even though he had nothing to do with this.

At the end, they showed you that nothing was out of ordinary, they were just checking you and they ended up finding whatever the reason you were blocked and checked and fixed it, which they should do as a casino. However you are also right about one thing, if you didn't created all this chaos, how long would it take to help you out? Stunna personally helped you, which wouldn't have happened, I don't want to encourage this behavior but it certainly did helped to get it speedy.

He was impatient and was calling out the entire team and if he did not get a solid response from the support then you should expect that but when Stunna reached out and said they would sort out the issue he was calling him names which was unwarranted. I cannot find that accusation now, what was the real situation because the support team said he used multiple accounts to take advantage of the bonus and other perks.

I had an account with stake but forget all the credentials as I haven't used stake for a while. Now, the problem I'm facing is verifying my new account. I can't access the stake.com as domain is blocked from my country. I tried from stake.games but the confirmation message contains the stake.com domain and I'm unable to verify the email confirmation.

Use a VPN and it will sort the issue and then notify the support team that you used a VPN to verify if you are using a public VPN to avoid issues in the future.
