With an optimal strategy, the house can have an advantage of something like 3% I think I have read. That's not to say that's the case with every game. There are also differences in betting on matches and a casino.
In the long run, the casino will have the advantage, but there are always winners and losers. Whether you win yourself is largely in your own hands and has to do with your bankroll management.
You can also make a higher bet, then the advantage of the house has become your advantage.

What are you talking about? Which game are you referring to here? Optimal strategies are usually used in games like Blackjack and the house edge drops to 1% or even lower in such cases which is why I have no idea why you think a 3% house edge is low.

Also, your logic regarding placing big bets in order to lower the house edge makes no sense whatsoever. The size of the bet doesn't influence the house edge in any aspect.

The house edge stays consistent no matter how many bets you place which is why the house always wins in the long term.

Isn't it obvious?  Yes, I intend to use it to try to play in this casino.  I am grateful for the provided opportunity.  Yes, I am happy with the luck I received during my first bout.  But lately, I have not been able to secure it and have returned it to them as well my winnings.  It's okay with me and I know I inherited the risk because how can I advance my VIP level if I don't bet.  But next time I will try to enable my strategy and be wise.
