Hi Hdasd,

No update to the QT wallet - it is one of the most reliable wallets used today for custom blockchains. If your wallet isn't syncing after adding the nodes we might have to do a teamviewer to take a look. Please make sure there are no firewalls inhibiting the wallet as well. You could also try deleting the wallet and re-installing it (remember, if you have CIF do NOT delete the .dat file)..

I have another question about staking. I understand that the CIF needs to be in a wallet for 30 days in order to mature, however, does this mean 30 days of continuous open wallet online connection, or just 30 days worth of time needs to pass before eligible for staking?

For instance, can I hold CIF, close the wallet and don't touch it for 30 days, then open it and be able to stake?

Thanks!

You should be able to stake in cold storage however let me double check with our devs.

Coin will be listed on exchanges after phase 1 of the ICO Nov1st. Before that it can just be purchased through our crowdsale.

Dear CIF Team.  I think your project has much potential and wish you all the best.
Being Canadian, I was not allowed to participate in the recent KIN Token sale due to Canadian securities issues.
I was hoping to know if CIF is facing the same wall that KIN faced and should I just look to purchase once the coins are released on the market?

Thank you

Hi B2, currently Canadian regulatory bodies are actually showing leeway towards cryptocurrency projects. We have felt in no way, shape or form any reason to stop Canadians from participating in our ICO as we are not selling securities. I appreciate your concern however we are not facing the wall that KIN faced. Unfortunately sometimes there is misplaced judgement on the rules and regulations regarding cryptocurrency and ICO's because there's alot of misinformation however there is no reason for Canadians not to participate in our ICO.

Our coins will be used to purchase services offered, as well as used to incent & drive business to our product offerings. There is no ownership, perceived or implied of the corporate entity, or expectation of profit associated with the CIF coin.

Ok - we're down to the last two days before the ICO! Please read the Escrow documentation above. The ICO starts October 1st at 17:00 UTC. Over the next two days, we are going to be reinforcing security on the site so that we're not open to any malicious attacks. The site may go down for maintenance before October 1st, however this is planned. We must conduct some mandatory testing to ensure that the site is bulletproof and that there's no chance we're going to get attacked!

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the ICO - please feel free to contact us on any medium and we'll respond.

Kindest Regards,

CIF

Hi Member,

I just confirmed - wallet has to but and connected to the network in order to stake - as you're essentially "supporting the network" by having your node live.
