Hi, guys! Nice project. I have some questions about bounty program, it is clear to me, but when we get the coins for the bounty? Immediately or need to wait for long?
After the ICO is completed on January 1st.

the ICO had been finished, would it trade in which exchange? how about trade it in coinmarketcap? and spread it in the website.
CIF will be listed when the ICO will be completed January 1st (exchange & coinmarketcap). We have a few exchanges lined up - we just need to decide who we want to go with (best fit, best price, largest community etc.)

I think it will be open for trading after the ICO has been closed. And yes they should definitely add CIF on coinmarketcap (when all ICO phases are over). some other tips from me. Shorten the mature time of the coins. (this is very important!) Now you have to wait 30 days before you can even stake with your coins. This is too long and will scare possible investors after January. What the team also has to do before the 1 of January is: - new wallet (better design and functionalities) the current wallet is really basic. 100% Agree - Inga is actually building a new wallet as we speak. - use a good logo for the coin (the one in the wallet looks cheap). Our new logo will be used in this new wallet. - add CIF on all major ICO announcement websites (for phase 2 and 3), and perhaps you can do some marketing via coinmarketcap. We have some pretty great coverage ( https://www.cryptoimprovementfund.io/the-press/) but we will make sure we're not missing any sites. - add the roadmap on the website! Now it is only available in the white paper. Great Idea - we'll build that into our landing page!

On which exchanges will tokens trade?
We haven't made a final decision on which exchanges we're going to be trading - we have tentative agreements with several exchanges however we will make an executive decision closer to January. As you can see (with Novacoin) this is a fluid market so we don't want to make a careless decision.

how much is soft cap?
We're looking for around 2-300 K through the ICO given the cost of BTC at the moment but we will also be looking to grow through traditional (Series A) with VC's to secure capital - so the final total raised will be a mix of ICO and VC equity raise. We'll grow organically through the amount raised and attempt to scale based after launching our MVP and we can start generating revenue.

Fundraising still continues however in phase 2 you're buying into a smaller pot of CIF 30m and in phase 3, 10m so it pays to get in earlier.

Now is very hard time for all of ICO projects, especially with Bitcoin price raising. It is very hard to decide where to invest. Bitcoin or any other ICO. There is a trend that many ICO have a lowerest price after fundraising. Do you have any plan to protect your investors from price dump?

However, this requires better marketing and design (my opinion). I think the plan is to have a good company etc. after the launch haha. However, i think one way to protect CIF from such a dump is to shorten the mature time of the coin. Many PoS coins see a more stable price etc, because people have a incentive to buy more. Now the mature time is like 30 crazy days, which is very long for most stakers or investors.

There is a trend that many ICO have a lowerest price after fundraising. Do you have any plan to protect your investors from price dump? So we're doing a few things to protect against price dump - most notably, we're funding our project through personal investment and looking to VC's for added support. This will allow us additional funding and with our actual software sales we'll be showing healthy revenue. One thing that's we've taken to heart is properly crafting an ongoing business strategy that shows us with a very healthy net profit 5 years from now - unlike many ICO's who focus on initial ICO investment with no proper plans for future growth. Obviously we are involved in the cryptocurrency space however I think it's more accurate to label us as a startup with revenue potential and a take-to-market strategy.

Quantity is limited for each phase of the ICO, as well as for the total amount generated. I think that answers your question? 125M for ICO 85 - Phase 1 30 - Phase 2 10 - Phase 3
