I just stumbled over the company registration of utrust:

https://www.zefix.ch/en/search/entity/list/firm/1324710

https://zg.chregister.ch/cr-portal/auszug/auszug.xhtml?uid=CHE-306.711.992

UTRUST Switzerland AG is one day old. Does anyone know what they were before? Where they even a company then?

Our company structure was transitioning to an AG, which is why it is 1 day old.

Hope this helps!

I participated in the pre-ICO. I have no intention to participate in the ICO. Still, when I try to login to my dashboard, I get this huge screen with the following:

Quote
Compliance with Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Finance Terrorism (CFT)
I have read the latest version of the Whitepaper, Acceptable Use Policy, Terms and Conditions for Participants, Privacy Policy and I understand the contents stated in these documents.

I agree that I will not, under any circumstances, participate in any form of money laundering or financing terrorism activities by using UTRUST Token (UTK).

I am not a politically exposed person (PEP).

I have not been subjected to any regulatory sanctions.

The state or country where I am based in complies with regulations of Anti Money Laundering (AML).

Risk Acknowledgement
I am contributing entirely at my own risk.

I agree I would not participate in any money laundering and financing terrorism activities by using UTRUST Token (UTK).

Due to the inherent high-risk nature of cryptocurrency markets and ICOs, acquiring the UTRUST Token (UTK) does not provide safety of principle, no income, no interest and no guaranteed growth.

  • I have read and agree with the Whitepaper, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Terms and Conditions for Participants, and the Privacy Policy documents.
  • I have read, understood and agree with the statement above and do agree to comply with any laws or regulations enforcing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Financing Terrorism (CFT).
  • I have read, understood and agree with the statement above regarding Acknowledgement of Risk
  • I am fully aware and agree that I must be identified through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process in order to withdraw my UTRUST Tokens (UTK).
Is it not a bit late for that? I mean there was nothing about that when I participated in the pre-ICO, and now I have to agree to everything before I can access my already purchased tokens?

Generally I have no issues with any of the bullet points, although I am naturally hesitant to share my personal ID with anyone who asks for it. It's quite unprofessional - to sell something and to change the conditions afterwards.

Maybe You should ask them ,support is very responsive, what to do if you're unwilling to share documents. I see this as serious step forward. Every exchange has the same procedure, although I must agree with You. This requirements had to be introduced in pre-ICO stage. I believe this has grown beyond their expectations ,and they have to comply to some bigger player.

I am asking, that's why I posted it here. Wink As I said, I have no problems in general, but I find it highly irritating when they change their terms AFTER the sale. For instance, one of the bullets says "I am not a politically exposed person (PEP)" and unless I don't agree, I won't be able to get to my dashboard with the tokens from the pre-IPO. What if I am in fact a PEP? They didn't make me agree on this or the other points when they happily sold their pre-ICO tokens. Just an example.

Ok, but transitioning from what? I looked up the zefix archive and couldn't find any company-related info on utrust before yesterday. What was your legal form when you sold the previous tokens, like in the pre-ICO?

Blink of an eye is a bit optimistic nowadays. I think it's about 65% in at the moment. Still not bad and we still got weeks to go!!

It's 850Mil Token project, for me ICO prices those days look very expensive/overpriced calculated to profit creators not owners. I remember, investing 200$ in 2015 in NAV coin could bring you 70K profit in 2017 on peak, what I mean is Total Token supply of NAV was 61Mil and it took 3 years to reach 2$. For 200$ you could buy approx. 33K coins, that you could easy sell for 1$ = 33.000 $
now uTrust cost 0.065c and you need around 250.000 at least to have profit = 16.250$ this is just example how hard became to invest in crypto since cold calculated ISO took pace instead coins.

Utrust will be the new standard for payment systems. I think a big token supply would benefit them, we dont need uTrust to go to 200$ per coin. We need utrust be be commonly used by merchants and people.

Depending on the marketcap and the prices, one should be able to calculate how much a token would cost, and how much on has to wait, some years ago cryptos wasn't ko known, which would explain why it took so much time, but now is different, there are more and more people that are trading, so that is a good sign Cheesy.

Exactly, some people dont really understand what causes the effect of the rise in price. A ripple will never be 1000$ each. Not even 100$. But people buy it because they see btc/eth rise, not because they believe
that Ripple will replace SWIFT in the banking system.
Utrust is perfect for payment systems, but i dont think a token will ever be 100$. Dont buy UTrust because u think it will moon to high numbers Buy it because you believe in the concept

You can have the exchange per ico after its launching. And so far i do not know what is the exact amount per exchange. Let's just be patient anf wait for further announcements.

Utrust stands out as a mediator and consumer protection system by keeping the payments until the transaction is effective. Customers and sellers are assured that each transaction is secure and reliable.
