I dont think soft cap was ever a question here, it will be more interesting to see, how close to the hard cap they can come. We all know the traffic on ICOs is lower lately, i wonder if Utrust will stand out and break this bad statistics in recent weeks.

Maybe some people who got big profit from bitcoin in the last days will decide to invest in UTRUST.

Near 20% in the first hours, it’s really great, especially with a hard market like we have at the moment. UTRUST really deserve it, i think we can even reach the hard cap if things continue like that !

People can be afraid to pay with crypto as "our parents" are.... to pay with credit cards,  online payments but utrust could become a key to change this state of mind about online payments, impacting positively every actor and each new user of the utrust community (crypto) and so to democratize and make safe online payments in general. Apparently their KYC "know your customer" identification check, which they haven't mentioned before when doing the pre-ICO, is not done by utrust themselves but by a third-party. In other words, the personal documents you deliver goes to someone else. That someone else is a company called Intrum Justitia, who has a terribly reputation in Switzerland as a debt collection agency.

Why would they pick a private collection agency for checking our identity?    Intrum is certainly not the kind of company I would want to share my personal information with.

Agree. I was about to add some fund to my initial purchase and even afraid of lack of time for that. But now I'm gonna wait for a while..

Yeah well the problem with crypto is that there is no company that is there for THEM. Even with utrust, they have to find a solution with seller and buyer, whereas CC Companies can just chargeback for you.
This on the other hand is a risk for vendors.

Do they really need to hit this hard cap? Even without it this ICO can run and be successful

It is not, as long as these group delivers.  We know that it take time to established a perfectly working platform.  At least this people knows how much time it will take for them to build the platform and the service.  Unlike other ICO that rushing things out and end up messing around.

Great products often takes more time to develop. It should be robust as much as possible.

It's great that they already got 18% of their hard cap. They just need a little more to reach the soft cap and all this on a bearish market.

It's impossible to develop a project like that in a few months. They need time to develop the platform and to forg new partnership to gain a foothold in the market
