Kakumei, KYC? and if i can't complete it before earlier than mid January as i'm at the other side of the globe, wtf? Can i receive a refund then or my tokens will be lost?  ((( i also really need to know this from official dev team, so if we cannot complete KYC how its gonna be, we refund or we lost ? please answer |

It doesn't matter where you are then. i'm already away, that's the problem, and i can't get one, when i participated none told about the KYC. and i don't have my passport with me, only my id card. can the KYC application wait until mid January or how do i get a refund if not? |

Can you please elaborate on this and more importantly provide a valid source for your statement? Who created these regulations? Who enforces you to comply with the "highest" level of regulations? According to IDnow, "All you need is your ID card, an internet connection, and a webcam or a smartphone." [1], which contradicts the requirement for an ID, a proof of residence and a signature. Why did IDnow decide to discard driver's licenses as a proof of identification? They are not listed as valid proof on their web site in the first place and why did it not happen before you started the KYC? I think utrust has a much brighter future than monetha, look at the current monetha, investors are losing 10X, even though they managed to get huge funds at the time of ICO, but they did not manage to run the project very well

If we look out there, any big project involves issues delays, so not really reasons for us to worry, but it's true that we have high expectations form a project that is focused on quick pays and trades.

Yea, really, it's funny that we are losing trust to project "Utrust"  but I hope its temporary issues or else. I have read about project, looks like pretty reliable.. |

Thank you but I don't see any mention of a proof of residence or a signature there. Previous versions of your linked document do not contain any changes in the regulatory process regarding driver's licenses. Even v1 from 2016 does not allow a driver's license as a proof. |

Thank you but I don't see any mention of a proof of residence or a signature there. Previous versions of your linked document do not contain any changes in the regulatory process regarding driver's licenses. Even v1 from 2016 does not allow a driver's license as a proof. My knowledge of the legal processes is limited, but I can reference the clients that IDNow has are very high profile. They include banks such as N26, CommerzBank, Fidor, Sparkasse, UBS, Hertz and others. All of them go through the same processes. In our particular case, what I know and can try to explain, is that we cannot sell the cryptocurrency contributions on our own. Instead, they're stuck until their source fully verified and only then can a bank (!) do the conversion for us. Banks by reputation are extremely careful with the deposits they process, and this is the very same thing (regardless of being crypto). https://www.idnow.de/unternehmen/referenzen/ |

Monetha token price looks like nightmare for ico investors,but their product will be released Q1 2018,then we'll see the real value of the project.It's difficullt to say something certain about Utrust cos ico has recently finished.Just give them some time. |

Huge fail for this project, changing your ID & passport where i liv took at least 45 days, so when they send e that e-mail i won't be able to perform the verification & maybe they'll put me in the queue & will receive that e-mail " next year ", this one big fucking bullshit after all.
I wish there is any option to get my investment back, like a " refund " some of the guys were talking about ?

Regulators are running strong over ICOs, I think in the future when you're gonna join an ICO you'll need to register with KYC. These ICOs are not coins, they are real world companies and they must register their companies |
