In your whitepaper I read the following

Quote
As a result of this, Finles has decided to exclude US, Singaporean and EU
investors from the FundCoin crowdsale. The current state of regulation in
these jurisdictions means we are unable to recommend investment in our
project to parties based in these areas. As the regulatory situation
becomes clearer we will revisit the possibility of including investors in
these areas.

How do you intend to determine where the investor is situated?

Please don't tell me that you will require KYC documentation!

This is already happening - cryptocurrencies - particularly bitcoin - are being accepted by major  tech corporations, including Microsoft, Dell, Expedia and Time Inc. With time it will boost

Thank you for this question. It is more of the technical nature, so I’ve asked out technical specialists and will surely give an answer as soon as I get it.

Fair enough. But your 'technical specialists' must remember that this is the world of crypto and we do not play by Bankster rules. If you use IP addresses to sort us out that is fine because I can come to you from whatever country that you desire.

The Blockchain is universal and anonymity is part of that universality.

We appreciate your comments as you are very experienced in this area, thanks Smiley Probably the IP as well, as far as I’ve been informed by now - during the distribution period, participants will have to check the box that they are not residents of the excluded jurisdictions.

There are 2 different coins mentioned at time line FND and FNDC what is difference between them even both have same price. Why you are doing ICO for dual coins is there any specific reason behind this.

There is only 1 coin - FND - FundCoin. The second name is an informal alternative for FND Coin, but the final and the only name is FND for FundCoin

No problem, ask whatever you are interested in.
The price of 1 FND is 1 euro.
When you buy with a crypto currency - ETH, Bitcoins, Bitcoins Cash, Litecoin, Dash - the minimum amount you can buy is 1 FND. But if you want to buy with a fiat currency - USD or EUR - the minimum lot is 20,000 Euros.
