So you are also going to provide a stable digital currency? If not, then there is volatility risk involved within FNDs themselves. How are you going to solve that?
FND should be considered safe and stable, since it represents the investor's interest in a fund with a unique dual strategy: leveraging the high-growth opportunities of blockchain, whilst simultaneously mitigating its risks by allocating a significant proportion of capital to private equity assets uncorrelated with the blockchain sector, and it is not tied to BTC, ETH or any other cryptocurrency. I will do my best to provide you more details as soon as possible. Yes but yo can't hope for the market to regulate for and achieve stability. That is a completely different topic and very complex to solve. So far not crypto has provided a solution to a stable crypto that can work and scale for global demand. It will be a problem for you.

The management fees are set at 2% of assets under management (AUM) and 20% of realised profits.

We invest not only in crypto, that's the thing. more info pls The value of the FundCoin tokens is connected to the performance and the returns generated by the Fund. Finles will invest up to 30% of the fund in other VC funds that support the blockchain sector: and 70% in traditional, alternative and Private Equity investments. The value of other cryptocurrencies, like Bitcoin or Ether have no backing at all and are merely determined by the market itself. Thus much more risky and very sensitive for volatility.

\\ Clever approach! Thank you, Nick. Even more - the dual strategy of combining early access to high growth [Suspicious link removed]panies with a diversified private equity portfolio run by professional managers offers a safer harbour for capital growth and preservation in a highly volatile market. Rather than invest in individual [Suspicious link removed]panies, which may or may not succeed, the fund invests in the industry as a whole, insulating investors from individual company price fluctuations. Essentially, it provides protection from the possible crypto market correction. Please also note that Finles Capital Management, the manager of the Lowestoft Private Equity Fund, is not a high-risk start-up as the overwhelming majority of similar projects. It is a fully regulated boutique asset manager with a 40-years history and responsible for management of €500M. It is regulated (AIFMD) by the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM), approved UCITS Fund Investment Manager by the Authority of Malta (MFSA), and Registered in the USA by the SEC.

What should I do to open a FND account?
You need to press the Pre-Order button at the right top of the website https://finles.capital/, fill in the application with your details, and send it. You'll receive an email with further instructions. Then you need to send a payment, and your account will be activated.

Finles will invest in several areas. What do you mean actually? Sure, we know about SEC. Our work is as transparent as possible.
