Why can’t US and Singapore citizens participate in the FundCoin ICO? How do you intend to determine where the investor is situated?
What about people from EU? Hi, Nick, yes, EU investors are allowed to participate in the Pre-Order and the ICO https://finles.capital/

Wow, quite an appealing profitability, will it be the same for FundCoin? The Fund targets to achieve the overall performance over +25%IRR providing regular and capital gain returns. Investors will be able to sell their FNDs with a profit at cryptocurrency exchanges. Tokens will be also bought back by the Finles Capital using the profit generated from the investments made by the Lowestoft Private Equity Fund. So you can sell them to the Finles Capital too and get the profit.

What alignes the interests of the team and token holders?
The team and token holders are seeking opportunity of making a profit investing in a fast-growing but highly-volatile blockchain market with risks minimized by Finles's unique dual investment strategy. The Fund manager is emloying standart 2/20 fee structrure, that means 80% of realized profits would be allocated to investors, and 20% to the team. So the interests are indeed alligned. Both the team and investors strive to make the project a success. The team has all required experience – 40 years of investor expertise www.finlescapitalmanagement.nl.

Will there be an additional issue of tokens?
No, there will be no additional issue of tokens. However, after all FNDs are bought back from the market during quarterly buy-outs, the Fund will consider an option to arrange another separate FND issue

What makes this ICO different from other ICOs?
This ICO is backed by investments in the Lowestoft Fund rather than connected to a specific company. Other ICOs are used by individual companies as a means to raise investment capital without any backing. The funds raised from this ICO will be invested in the Lowestoft Fund, which invests partially also in the blockchain sector - which is itself a high risk and high-performance asset class - as a part of the overall portfolio.
