So, let's say precisely:
There will be not any dividend payments but quarterly profits will go to buy-back and burnt scheme?
p.s.
By the way any estimate, when you will hit exchange?
HitBTC is good one. I like it!.

Almost all quarterly profits will go to the buyback, right.
We will be placed on the exchanges for several weeks after the release of the tokens.

How much do you plan to raise after the rebranding?

We can't announce it before the official release. We can only say that there will probably be several rounds of ICO.

Which exchanges will be used for Fundcoin listing and trading after the ICO - Bittrex, Kraken or Poloniex?

Our tokens are ERC20 compliant and can be stored on Ethereum wallets which support this protocol:
https://www.MyEtherWallet.com, https://metamask.io/ or Mist Wallet (if you have some development/programming experience). To see the list of all compatible wallets, please refer to this link: https://tokenmarket.net/what-is/how-to-participate-ethereum-token-crowdsale/

Hi, will there be an additional issue of tokens?
We don't plan it at the moment.
However, after all FNDs are bought back from the market during quarterly buy-outs, the Fund will consider an option to arrange another separate FND issue

What part of the profit will be spent on the buyback?

Now it is 80%. Probably it will be 90% after the rebranding.

What will happen if you do not get your hard cap?

The hard cap is the possible maximum amount to be raised. However, if a lower amount is raised, the respective number of FundCoins will be issued for this amount. So not a problem whatsoever, but we do believe in our success Smiley

That's right, the exchanges that will list FundCoin will be announced shortly after the ICO ends. Meanwhile we can say that one of them will be HitBTC as planned
