What if the minimum milestone is not achieved?

In case the first milestone is not achieved by the end of the ICO, all investments will be refunded.

I already asked for a refund for the pause time in the project, and everything was returned without problems

That's right, any investment made during the Pre-Order is repaid in 100% cases of requests if our investors wish to do so. However the majority of them are staying with us and waiting for the aanouncement of details about the updated concept. We DO appreciate their trust!

What is the fee structure for the fund?

The investor pays a one-off ICO administration cost of 3% of the total ICO proceeds. The fund adheres to the normal 2 and 20 fee structure that most PE firms follow

You can do it by trading FND on Cryptocurrency Exchanges (the list of exchanges will be announced later). FundCoins will be traded at the open exchange, and you will be able to sell them whenever you want.

What is the expected value of FundCoin?

We cannot predict the value in advance . Similar to other currencies and assets, the value is determined by market evaluation. The initial value of 1 FundCoin is 1 Euro. However FND will be traded at the cryptocurrency exchange. It will also generate profits from investments in Venture Companies related to blockchain technologies and from Private Equity investments, thus its rate will increase, and investors will be able to sell their FNDs with a profit.

In the previous concept, you guaranteed the buyback of tokens. This is a big rarity and it really has a good effect on the cost of the tokens themselves. It would be great if you keep a buyback in the new concept.

FundCoins will be finite. Their number will be equal to the amount raised, with 1 FND = 1 Euro
