Is the number of FundCoins tokens fixed?
No, it isn't fixed. There is the soft- and the hardcap, minimum and maximum amount of tokens. The exact number will depend on how much money will be collected.

Yes, the buyback is on a quarterly basis. Okay, but I'm very curious when and for what amount the first buyback will happen After the first quarter of the Fund operation, and later every quarter, the Finblock will offer to buy back FNDs from the investors for the amount of cash received from the investments, at a price determined by Finblock at the time. At this point investors will benefit from their FundCoins. Also they will be able to sell FNDs at exchanges at any time.

What are the benefits for investors?
The principal benefit for investors is that the underlying project is not a high-risk start-up as the overwhelming majority of similar projects. The FND sale proceed will be used to invest in a selection of funds managing more than $1bn of assets, run by some of the most respected and successful managers in the business. We are hoping for IRRs above 25% per annum and cash payouts via token repurchases in the secondary market.

In fact, the blockchain grows even faster, so these figures are quite achievable

How Contributors can defend their rights? What is the legal practice?
FundCoins are backed by investments in a selection of funds collectively managing more than $1bn of assets, run by some of the most respected and successful managers in the business. Income distributions from these funds are to be used to buyback FND tokens from the market, so Investors can benefit from this buyback program
