I can't withdraw and can't get verified. It just so happens that I have a good amount of value on there. Angry

Hi! I am on the same situation, I have some funds in bittrex and they don't let me withdraw. It is not a great amount but it is mine! They send me to a ticket support and to a private slack channel that I cannot enter. Is this the way to treat your costumers?

Lucky for you, pal. Because for me, I made a second bittrex account so I can hold the other altcoins I bought that so will not touch it for few years that I'm expecting to boom but unfortunately these bittrex admin and staffs are using this stupid excuse to steal people's money.

Same problems here. Apparently there were problems with the verification/validation of the documents. Made an issue two months ago. No reply, no help, nothing. Tried to reach out on Twitter but that does not help either. A lot of others too with the same problem. Hashtag: BittrexTrouble. Issue: 361019

There is no such luck for anyone outside United States. Your funds are simply stuck.

I'm from Asia and my account was verified almost instantly a couple of months ago already not now. After few transactions, they didn't allow me to withdraw my funds and asked me to verify account but verification was done quite fast.

But I see now a lot of people complaining about this issue and I may be lucky that time.

O wow, I was actually able to withdraw after becoming "Enhanced" status, while only going for basic verification. Immediately withdrew all my funds and left the exchange with:

My recommendation is to get your funds out ASAP.

I'm in the similar situation (I have some good amount of coins there), I can't withdraw anything but a couple of weeks ago it still allow me to withdraw up to 0.025 btc daily.
I have submitted account closure and coins refund to them, lets see what will happen.

Cannot withdraw due to name mismatch error. Support didn't answer at least over a month. It wouldn't let me transfer around 0.045 Bitcoin. Submitted photo ID several times, nothing any progress.

Bittrex is Scam.
I have 2 months already waiting for the unlock of the account given the fact that I have a full verification.
From tech support replied only 2 times, and fed with promises, the account is still blocked.
People print out everything! If you did not get this business of time. Block access and you lose all the money.
These scammers are now catching up the crowd and then it will be hard Scam and robbed all for free.
All centralized exchanges are Scam!

At least it seems that they are finally acknowledging the problem after so long. Still absolutely unprofessional and borderline scam. I personally am not verified yet but I have seen many people get verified lately so hopefully it happens soon. It seems that they might not be fully scamming after all.

I understand that even with account verification, some people cannot withdraw. In that case I skip account verification all together and stop trading on Bittrex. Too bad because Bittrex was my favorite centralized exchange. However I think that all those issues with Centralized exchange is a good think for Bitcoin because people will finally be forced to use decentralized exchanges such as Bisq.

The worse scenario is when someone is verified and cannot withdraw. Ridiculous.

Bittrex you should say something in public, are you afraid to say we are sorry? And deal with your issue to keep your customers at least assured the money deposits are secure?

They did send a private email saying they will fix it but fuck me after months of not saying anything only 1 shitty mail telling people they will fix it? No official statement in any social media/web, somewhere? I don't know, just unprofessional.

It seems to be a bug (or intentional) but some people that got verified recently still can't withdraw even with the 100 btc limit. Although some of them weren't able just because they didn't enable 2fa, do you have 2fa enabled?

Just so that everyone knows, currently bittrex has 0 BTC daily withdrawal limit for all new accounts (and most old ones). "Basic verification" does not work so if you want your coins out, you are forced to upload official ID and a selfie to bittrex. As you can see from this thread and by googling, bittrex support is ... not great. I would not recommend using bittrex for anything.
