If you are STUCK at block 261997, please download these chain files and replace your directory with them: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1WTOJdKoSwyesdoQGBaciShhE7Bq55q1q. There is a corrupt block being passed around by a node and it is causing some nodes to stop syncing. To prevent this, either a.) use the chain files here, or b.) sync from scratch and make sure to ban any peer that is also stuck on 261997

1) update to 0.13.1.5 and start zoin.exe with -reindex

Should be working then. Zcoin had the same issue. My masternode is also enabled now, finally. The correct port seems to be 8255
