At first, I don't know if cryptonex is good or not. I can't give advice to anybody and  I don't have anything on cryptonex. But i also don't see any reason why this should be a scam, like some people seem to -so lightheartedly- believe. If you have any reasons to believe it's a scam, please have some ethics to present us with your research and we'll listen/read your arguements.

From my understanding, this was a promotion move. They randomly selected some addresses to give away a 20% bonus IF they wish to buy CNX. They are not forcing anybody to buy CNX, they didn't give away free money to anyone creating injustice, they just made a promotional move. Anybody can have an opinion if this promotional move was good or not, but that's miles away from something being a scam.

I personally don't have any reasons to advocate for CNX. I don't own a "loose" enough portfolio to invest in any ICO's. But in my view, this promotional move was succesful. I didn't know sh!t about CNX before this and after seing something new in my ETH wallet, I had to research it. So they "made" me research it by offering me a 20% bonus in case I wanted to buy some CNX.

Use some common sense.  Look at their website.  Read the content.  Look at their github.  To the extent that I can even make sense of the semi-literate rambling on their website it sounds like a pretty grandiose project yet their github has very little activity: https://github.com/Cryptonex.  The cryptonex source has 1 contributor and no activity for 21 days: https://github.com/Cryptonex/source

Look at "the team", no linked in profiles for anybody. No bios, only 3 have emails two are gmails and the "Founder" uses "hello@cryptonex.org"?   There are no other links for anybody except a Facebook for the "Founder". Cyrptonex.org is a private domain registration with godaddy.  No physical address, no telephone.  Check out their facebook page, the postings look very amateurish and scammy.  There is even one that tells users not worry about virus warnings for their software (https://s26.postimg.org/h12nqn7eh/cryptonex.png).

And they claim they've already raised over $10 million with 16 days to go?

Let's say that other ICOs that turned out definitively to be scams had far more believable and professional looking online presences.

The "Founder's" other company "MegaSEO Group" has a blank Facebook page with one "like". https://www.facebook.com/pages/MegaSeo-Group/313831498820975

Shall I continue?

Does any of that sound legit to you?

Your post is a real trolling, you have no idea what you are writing about.

You should have studied everything thoroughly at first and then make any conclusions.

At the moment we are actively working on the web wallet, and this activity can be seen on Github.

Even before the ICO, the web wallet, blockchain explorer and the referral program were launched.

All messages to support are sent to redmine, and there they are automatically sorted, depending on the content.

Page of the Founder https://www.facebook.com/pakalinin

Pavel Kalinin has been working in the Internet marketing since 2005 and he is known for unconventional methods of PR, he became a successful businessman many years ago.

The MegaSeo Group company was founded in 2005 and is still functioning in the Russian-speaking segment of the Internet. The official website is http://megaseo.ru.
Facebook page that you sent has nothing to MegaSeo Group.

And yes, we have collected a large amount due to unusual PR strategies.
Major private investors and venture funds of both Russia and Asia have become parties to the ICO. Pavel Kalinin personally meets with investors and discusses all the project details.

I'm asking you to follow the project. And when you realize that you are not right, that I hope, you will bring a public apology here.

No, no... in English that would be more appropriately called "making observations".

Yea we can see: http://archive.is/q1gZs http://archive.is/Z2yu3 I can't speak for anyone else, but I would expect an 8 figure open source software project in the red hot crypto currency space to have more than 1 contributor and 1 follower. I guess I am just naive though and don't understand how "all of this works".

Interesting, but he sends an anonymous person to the bitcoin talk forum to beg for further investment?

I will never "bring a public apology". The facts are your "project" looks highly questionable, whether it is an outright scam or run by a team of people who are at least trying to do something but lack the competency of making their project look legitimate, I don't know. Even if these coins come out on the market and go sky high and then crash who knows what is the real story. Was it a pump and dump or an honest run? Unless this becomes a legit working enterprise (highly unlikely judging by everything I've read), nobody will ever know. In any case I would run not walk away from this one.

If it is true this "project" raised more than $10 million dollars then this is an big bright red waving flag about the crypto currency and ICO bubble. Something that looks like this should have never been able to raise that kind of money. Proven scams like Looq and Karbon looked far more legitimate than "Cryptonex". Let's see what happens next!

If you want to answer some serious questions though:

1) What is the purpose of sending out these CNX "bounty tokens" to random people?

2) How many CNX bounty tokens were sent out and how were the recipients selected?

3) What is the point of this extra and unnecessary step of creating CNX tokens only to have them sent back to you in order to get a bonus on your private exchange?

4) For what reason could a person possible want CNX coins which are locked into your private instead of ETH or some other ERC20 token?

5) What are you doing that is different than all of your competition? What are you doing that TenX isn't doing for example? It looks like maybe if people are lucky in a year or two you'll be done what TenX has already demonstrated.

6) You make these totally unfounded claims in your promotional video about CNX going up 70-100 times, but why? From where does it derive it's value?  What is the total supply?  What percentage of the total supply will be distributed where and under what conditions and how will it be utilized?

We host the source code on ginhub so that anyone could see it.
What has the number of participants and followers to do with it?
The account was not created for promotion; it has completely different purposes.

MegaSeo Group Company and Investment Financial Group do not have profiles in social networks, as this is a b2b business, having a specific, niche audience.

The Official Cryptonex page https://www.facebook.com/Cryptonex.org/ has 11649 likes from all over the world. Is it a fake? People like the project and they are ready to take part in its development.

Yes, we admit that the given text contains a mistake. We have already fixed it.
Thank you for that!

At the moment Cryptonex is being added to the most popular cryptocurrency exchanges. The listing is planned for October-November.

The purpose of bounty tokens sending is to draw attention to the project and provide an opportunity to use the bonus. These tokens are not sent to random people. We use special algorithms of blockchain analysis. And later will talk about it at the conferences.

We offer people the blockchain acquiring; its features and capabilities are still unavailable to the blockchain community. And we believe that we will be able to help people.
We believe that Cryptonex will facilitate and accelerate exchange process of cryptocurrencies, tokens, and currencies from different countries. It can make deposit / withdraw and exchange more convenient and safe.

There are other similar projects, not only TenX. Cryptonex will have more features and functionality, and hopefully much sooner than the target date.
We are already significantly ahead of the lead time presented in a roadmap, we will try to develop at a swift rate.

Thank you for your opinion!
It is a good lesson to us. A slight mistake and other small details can create a false impression about the project.
Objectively, there are no trifles in marketing.

I wouldn't be surprised if the "algorithm" searches for people who invest very indiscriminately or perhaps previously bought into known scams.

I will answer my own question.  It looks like there are 1 billion CNX tokens and they've sent out 1,000 each to 15,000+ addresses and counting.

Developing the project on every day basis, we prove our honest and responsible attitude to it.
Soon there will be available some new functions in the web wallet and listing on exchanges. We will go ahead with the mobile app development.

We did not expect the effect of airdropping to be so significant. At the moment the team staff is increasing. We will translate interfaces into other languages, arrange multilingual support, and expand the programmers’ staff. Now the project employs 14 people. In the nearest future we will double the staff.

Why don’t people subscribe to Github? I don't know. Every day we see a significant traffic from it.
You compare us to other companies, but they used quite different marketing tools. Maybe that's it.

Nowadays there are a lot of ICO projects, and in order to stand out among them, we used alternative tools. Our goal is to get our project ideas out to the community, as we believe that it is important.

Wow, stock exchanges?  Really?  Which ones?  NASDAQ?  When?  I can see now that I must have been totally wrong about this.  If you are going to be listed on stock exchanges than this must be legit!  What a terrible mistake I've made.

By analyzing the blockchain it is impossible to find out who makes indiscriminate investments, and who is thoroughly exploring everything.

So the newspeak you want to introduce here is as follows "indiscriminately investing" = "thoroughly exploring".  Yes I can see how that might play well with your current "business model".

What stock exchanges did you say you're going to be listed on and when?
