HERO Token Community Update (April 20th)
Hello HERO Community!
The 5th batch of tokens were issued yesterday and around 30,923 HERO Tokens were distributed to members who solved their issues and got verified by April 18. As of the moment 217,063 HERO Tokens still remain in reserve post the release. We are still proactive in sending emails to the unverified accounts and continue to remind them to complete the KYC to get their tokens, but it is out of our hands if some people cannot follow simple instructions. In any case, if you still have issues with your tokens or problems with your accounts you can send an email to
tokensale@herotoken.io with the complete details of your transaction and your problem.
For the remaining undistributed Bounty campaigns, the Translation bounty spreadsheet will be updated later today. It will be open to comments and disputes before it is distributed. Visit the official HERO Bounty group

Regarding the exchange listing, we are still currently in talks with several top exchanges. But we want to consult the community regarding this matter. We are nearing an agreement with HUOBI and Bit-Z. However the listing process for both HUOBI and Bit-Z require an active participation from the community. Both would require a voting phase that will ask the community to buy voting tokens and vote for HERO in order for us to get into the exchanges.
Here are the Voting mechanics for HUOBI:
The voting phase shall be 11 days. Each round selects two projects to go live. The project that scores the first will obtain the priority in entering Huobi Pro listing audit. The winning projects need to get at least 600,000 points. Projects that enter the final list are required to have more than 1,000 voters. 1 vote costs 0.1 HT. Each user can cast 100,000 votes maximum.

In accordance with the listing rules, coins need to be voted to hit 2 million VTC (Votecoin) before getting listed. Each of your supporters or community members who registers on Bit-Z can vote 50–1000 VTC. VTC tokens can be purchased at DKKT market. The voting period is 7 days, which means the voting goal of 2 million VTC should be reached in 7 days. In case you fail the voting, VTC tokens will be refunded to the voters after the voting. If you succeed in the voting, VTC will not be refundable.

So we will ask your feedback regarding this matter. Both of these voting schemes do not ensure that HERO would be listed on the exchanges, and we need to actually reach the voting goal of either 2 million VTC in 7 days for Bit-Z or 600,000 Points in 11 days for HUOBI to get listed. We want to ask the community if you are willing to take such a risk. And if you are, would you prefer the voting process of Bit-Z or HOUBI? If you choose among the two, the exchange listing would significantly speed up. But if you think that it be would be safer to go for an exchange without a voting phase, it would probably take a little longer to get listed. We will set up a Poll in the Official HERO Telegram group to gauge the community’s choice. We appreciate your help and the patience you have shown. We look forward to your decision.
In the meantime, we also want to address certain issues coming up in the Telegram group saying the team is not using the community’s contributions properly. We want to assure you that the funds from the ICO have very much been untouched. It is public for the community to see, thanks to the blockchain:

We ask that you allow us the necessary time to make the right and carefully considered business decisions we need to make. Rushing will not help anyone. It is still only a few weeks removed from the ICO closing, we have a lot in store for you to be revealed at the proper time.
Another concern we want to address is with the Token Price, extreme movements in both directions can be observed because the trading volume on QRYPTOS is insubstantial. It is still very early for HERO. Listing on a bigger exchange where all the token holders can access, together with platform development progress, will have a big impact on the value of the token.
