And the team that handles the Bitcointalk thread is nowhere to be seen when he had been consistently present here for several months of the ICO. So predictable behaviour already. I hope they have market makers on their team.

Is it possible the seller under price of ICO is bounty hunter? but if I see the allocation for bounty is very little 

It is because a HitBTC listing is a joke. Nobody wants to trade there, only the gullible goes there and only pump bots trade there (fake it till you make it). Just Google HitBTC, and you'll see it has a bad rap among veteran traders.

With these stock exchanges it is apparently impossible to create such. that everything worked and the price was adequate, centralized hacked, and the price for withdrawal is large, decentralized from time to time lag. Again, it is impossible to enter and withdraw the delta.

Of course the problem with the project is with the exchanges, but probably the team is well advancing the work with the project?

It's not about the exchanges, newly listing on big exchanges usually quick dump n pump, Hero Token has an excellent track of record, Pawn Hero, hopefully they will apply the same fundamentals to help them

That is true. But one caveat is that unless a large number of buyers starts buying up HERO, it will stay low and may even go below the ICO price. So, coin supply isn't really a good indicator of potential buy. One must look at other stuff like, reputable exchange listing and lots of whale investors.

the project is legit, but Hero Token takes too long, several months for their ICO, and now they are working on legal compliance for the project
