Stunna, I am seriously impressed by your latest update for performance of the site. What was bothering me most was the chat of your site but now its smooth like cream. Actually its first time i am enjoy your site since PD4 launched.
Chat was today stable like it should be, let's see how it holds this weekend. Some sometimes in a week or 2 I find chat blank on a random day don't know why Still, chat is unstable I think older chat was much better

Glad to see that the site is back and running but i would like to know why my faucet says that i maxed out for the week and how many times can we claim through faucets because this never happened to me before but now i am seeing it and if so when they will be resetting it.

Yeah it was a minor update. You can get 50 claims of faucet each 24 hours. May be you are trying faucets throughout the week. Faucets also have maximum claim limit for the week. Try to depo some coins on the site and have fun. GL

You may have noticed that sending support ticket does not work atm.
We are making preparations to switch to Intercom.
I will enable live chat support in couple of hours. And then we will fix the issue with sending tickets.

They were having more users even with no live support and it is one of the biggest dice site in the bitcoin echo system but it is good to see these kind of developments .But one thing is that after the update i do think the site is facing some issues as i could not log in yesterday.Hope everything will be settled .

Yeah I think this is very smart to do. Hire people in different parts of the world and in different time zones. Like that the support work can be split evenly and can even be in different languages. I am sure there is a huge Chinese speaking population that uses the website and it would be very beneficial for them. And there should also be a queue where the older tickets have the highest priority and not priority based on what the severity of the problem is.
