I just enabled live chat support.
Please note that it might not be super fast at first. And also we could disable it at any point until we have everything fully setup.
I am very happy with this because we will now have much more personal relationship with all ours customers.
I hope you guys will be happy with this feature. Please share your feedback here.
nice addition, primedice but I cannot find the LIVE! support option do I have to reload the page? also,MICRO,how are you planning to cope with the amount of tickets live? I think you would need at least 5 open lines and 5 new support operators for that I see an extra button under the page now in mobile. Haven't check it at my laptop. can't find any button-I'm on my PC maybe this is just for mobile clients? doesn't make sense then p.s. I love to talk to live supports about the meaning of life, sexual deviations and weather please, do not deny me this glorious opportunity No, it's available on pc/laptop as well, i just had a chat with "Mladen". click image like this below on pd to open live support.

They were having more users even with no live support and it is one of the biggest dice site in the bitcoin echo system but it is good to see these kind of developments .But one thing is that after the update i do think the site is facing some issues as i could not log in yesterday.Hope everything will be settled .

We will very soon cover full 24/7 with 2 support agents per shift. Good job on this! Support is much harder than people imagine. Glad to hear you guys got it covered.

Yeah I think this is very smart to do. Hire people in different parts of the world and in different time zones. Like that the support work can be split evenly and can even be in different languages. I am sure there is a huge Chinese speaking population that uses the website and it would be very beneficial for them. And there should also be a queue where the older tickets have the highest priority and not priority based on what the severity of the problem is.

Got live support button on the right of the screen. Another awesome update stunna. It's really awesome Note that we are experimenting with button placement. Atm its only in support section. And not shown as a button. We will have it shown as a button on some pages. We just have to make it so it does not get in the way like on the mobile version. It is still there just hidden inder Support > live support

Yikes how did you get such a high faucet balance? That's around 5 cents or so. You must of either had an old old account with a huge rollover or it must of been happy hour. I find the best way to play the faucet is betting on the 80%/20%. You roll a few losses or two and then bet big, and then bet small, and with a few losses bet big again. There was a guy on Youtube that came up with this method a few years ago and he was able to meet the min withdraw or tip himself. However lots have changed since then

Congratz Sweeet! I guess we should be satisfied with 0.1 max from faucet these days. The days were all winning 0.5 from faucet seems to be over for most of us. @adaseb It has nothing to do with account age, just how much you wagered. You could wager that easily but since you never play on primedice, if you did then that amount wouldn't be so surprising...

I had an old veteran accounts with PD. It has huge amounts of BTC wagered, however I upgraded to an iPhone 5 (or 5S) and I couldn't disable 2fa. I emailed and wrote support tickets to get my 2FA cancelled so I could re-enable it but they never replied. So I sold that phone on eBay and did a factory reset and the way iPhones work is that the 2fa secret recovery codes don't restore when you do a full backup restore. After that I only gambled with small amounts on PD because the way they handled my support was very unprofessional.

Were you using google authenticator or authy? because google authenticator doesn't backups your account, but on authy they backup all the accounts. why can't you ask micro/support now to help you get the account back?
