May be it will never work but still most people are doing it in order to get some profit. There are also many people that even try to overcome this by making some third party program to play by using many kinds of martingale method. The best thing is that he do not need to claim everything or even to get the money, he will need to stay low profile so he can keep his money, using it and paying every taxes and his status will stay the same as normal life living. A regular weekly event would be nice, something along the line that if someone want to enter the event then the person need to pay certain amount to join. Everything goes to the prizepool so it wont really bankrupt primedice to keep on creating this kind of event every week. Of course few mbtc wont hurt anyone if they want to join

This isn't an issue for most who gamble and win like $100 that they spend later on Newegg buying some computer part. But if someone were to win a million dollars but they weren't suppose to gamble, how do you explain that exactly to your government?
