That's great and all but why don't you switch to SegWit addresses and cut that number by ~1/3

Currently segwit Txes are only at about 1%. Would be a bit of work but that seems worthwhile to do soon.

The US DOJ doesn't have anything to do with Primedice or cares what Primedice does since Primedice prohibits visitors from the USA from gambling on their website.

If they allowed USA members to gamble then they could take action.

The best thing to do is use the "CONTACT" button on the website and manage the issue there.

I am pretty sure you will not be scamed over 0.05BTC, Primedice are MULTI-MULTI-MULTI millionaires, they would never steal 0.05BTC.
