Hello! How much confirmation needed to get my funds on the page? And if i deposit for example 0.25 BTC , and only play 10-20 games with good profits, can i withdraw my funds after 10-20 game?
I think one confirmation needed. If I'm not wrong for withdrawals no restrictions as long as your balance is above minimum withdrawal limit. Even after the first roll if you make a good profit you can straight away go ahead to withdraw your funds they will allow you take your money back. But you just need to pay the transaction fee for withdrawals. You got it wrong, there should be no unconfirmed deposit before you are able to withdraw. This is to avoid double spenders imho, it will too risky if a site lets you to withdraw directly when there is unconfirmed deposit on player's account. I'm sure no sites allows withdrawal as what you say.

Your withdrawal will also have 0.0003 subtracted to cover the transaction fee.

I'm sure no sites allows withdrawal as what you say. The way sites get scammed is when the casino offers "instant deposits" and they basically gamble their deposit almost instantely and if they win, they do nothing. If they lose, then they try and double spend their deposit and they make a brand new account and get a new IP address and try again. Its actually becoming a huge problem and I am pretty sure if it continues then casinos will just only allow bets after a certain number of confirmations is done.

Also it makes spammers deposit and wager first before they could even spam in chat. This way chat will be nice and clean. Also stunna are you going to introduce VIP chatroom anysoon?

Cool appreciate it. Another question is about the so called strategies I see on the primedice forum? I thought this was a simple dice game, how much strategy can actually be involved? I'm looking to make a few high stake gambles with the standard 49.5% odds. Wondering if I really need to look into "strategies" before getting started.

Here is the list of some strategies you can use with dicebot. https://bot.seuntjie.com/Scripts.aspxThey can prove efficient in short term but in long term they all end in bust.

I guess my question is, if I only plan on making 2 or 3 bets, is there a point in using a bot or researching strategies? Basically I just want to roll the dice and see if I could double my coin. I lost $22,000 from trading bitcoin these past few days and want to see if I could recoup my losses. I have 3 bitcoin that I'm willing to bet and I basically am hoping to double my money. How do you recommend proceeding? Just throw it all in with one bet (50% odds)? Or setup several different bets? Also, on a somewhat unrelated note, I sent a test amount to my primedice wallet (.049 BTC) with a fee of 20 sats/byte. Is it strange that I still haven't received it? I sent it 3 hours ago, transacation is in link below... I know fee was low but still seems like a long time to get 1 confirmation. https://blockchain.info/tx/6255d7d0d5013a3594e757ccc8a81997a523446a94624dae69190ab078af43aa

Now that segwit2x has been defeated I believe support for segwit addresses will quickly begin to accelerate and we are going to look into implementing.

Sure you can double your wins and get 6 bitcoins in total but with gambling the house edge is always against you. How did you lose your bitcoins? By buying alts? Shorting bitcoin?

I lost money from shorting, the market has been extremely unpredictable and the cancellation of Segwit2x just made things worse.

If you take less than 10 bets or so, then it shouldn't be that much of an effect as when you take 100 bets or so. But keep in mind that Bitcoin gambling is not a gauranteed way to make money. Try maybe gambling on the faucet first and see how it works for you.

Provably fair just means that you can validate the site offers what they claim to offer. PrimeDice claims to offer a 1% house edge (which is an industry standard), so you can validate both this and the fact they didn't rig the roll. The term for "50% odds" for 2x is known as "fair odds", but no business offers that. After all it's a casino, not a charity Basically I just want to roll the dice and see if I could double my coin. I lost $22,000 from trading bitcoin these past few days and want to see if I could recoup my losses. I have 3 bitcoin that I'm willing to bet and I basically am hoping to double my money. If you're interested in this, check out this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=939776.0To avoid the noise, just read posts that are written by myself, dooglus and blockage. the tldr; is that if you're smart, you can lower the house edge from 1% to ~0.7% or something similar. -- But actually I can do one better. I'll offer you both fair odds (and provably fair) if you create a top-level thread here on bitcointalk like "3 bitcoin coin toss challenge", and I'll pick heads or tails (and sha256 hash my result with a salt, so I can't change it). And you guess which. If you get it wrong, I get 3 bitcoin. If you get it right (or I "lose" the salt) you get 3 bitcoin. I get some free publicity, and you get your bet with fair odds. (PM me or create a top-level thread if interest, to avoid taking this thread off topic)

Check out gamblingsitefinder.com for a decent list/rankings of crypto casinos. Note: I have no affiliation or interest in it, and don't even agree with all the rankings ... but it's the only uncorrupted review site I'm aware of.

The provably fair in my opinion is a bad term. It doesn't mean the odds are fair, what it means is that you can verify your bets afterwards and make sure you weren't cheated. For example say you are given a hashed seed 5feceb66ffc86f38d952786c6d696c79c2dbc239dd4e91b46729d73a27fb57e9 The way provaby fair works your roll is usually calculated as "server seed+client seed+noone" So you are given the hashed result, which means the server seed is "0", you don't normally know this. The client seed you know yourself, lets say its "1", and the noonce starts at "0". Hence the result will be =1,2,3,4,5,6 for every sequential roll. Way you can verify is after you are done betting the hashed seed was initially "0", and you can go to a SHA256 site and make sure that "0" was the hashed seed they gave you. Its actually a very clever way to prove bets.

Just thought I'd give an update. I ended up wagering 3 BTC the other night and came out victorious. I recorded a video of the 4 trades I made to double my coin, link is below. Definitely the most exhilarating 5 minutes I've experienced in a long time. Primedice has proven themselves to be a reliable, trustworthy service with excellent customer support. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zt27VUJzQVY&t=2s

Especially with BTC being $6300. You got some balls just betting an entire 1 BTC, winning and then betting 2 BTC and losing and to continue to gamble on. Most people would probably either leave with the 4 BTC or 2 BTC. Reading the chat was funny how everybody was like "Zand don't be greedy". Congrats
