@Stunna, Why Primedice is neglected by it's owner? You guys only focusing on Stake. We haven't seen any special events at PD except the birthday celebration since last two years. Moreover, PD shows wrong information about daily race. Everyday the race gets delayed by 2-4 hours. So, it's not a 24 hours race as it says. This issue continuously happening since last few months but no solution yet. It rarely starts at correct time.

Live support can't provide much information about the delays. They always says ‘it will start soon’. How hard it is to fix the issue?

Wow, I just realized that players taking part in PrimeDice forum are way less than the ones taking part in your sister casino, stake. I might consider playing for contests at PrimeDice because lesser the members better is the prize share for participants .

Don't look at the participants number only, the prize pool is less at primedice. So, there won't be big difference between the prize share amount.

Probably it's happening for your poor internet connection, otherwise it's happening for the cache of your browser. Primedice takes a bit longer time to load while you erase the cache file. And it loads normally after the first attempt.

Previous race has ended almost two hours ago but there is no update about the new race yet. You guys are aware of it but not fixing the issue. Not to mention, the race was also delayed yesterday. And I have previously mentioned that this delay is happening since last few months. Seems like Primedice team have no intention to resolve it. An irresponsible behaviour from the oldest dice gambling site!



BTW, race page information says that it runs for 24/7. And it should start automatically. Then why the delays happen everyday?

Well i think he clearly Says SOME and not all, meaning lets admit that some of the dice site had already surrendered because of not profiting at all though surely no one will admit it publicly but we as gamblers knows that at some point things happen that the casino lost their popularity and trust and end up surrendering than spending time without earning.

I love PD as much as the owners probably but I have to agree with you, the focus has shifted from PD to stake and quite visibly. That said, I still get monthly bonuses and all the perks as we used to get earlier and we need to understand that stake is the future for them moving forward because there are 1000x more games on stake than PD which only has dice and is dedicated to it.

I don't mind the shift in focus too much but it must be bad for players who wagered high on PD because now they cannot suddenly join stake and become the same VIP level there. I hope there was a way to move your vip level from PD to stake since both sites have the same owner/team.

I dont think it is possible to move your VIP level as it will cost a lot of money for Stake for the promotions (rakeback, weekly/monthly bonuses, and other bonuses) because players will get two bonuses with 1 account only.
If it is possible to move your VIP level from PD to Stake or vice versa then the most possible thing is that you'll lose the level of the account you want to move.
Lets say you're platinum on PD and want to move to Stake with the same level, so your PD account should be reset from zero again.

Firstly, they should resolve the issue of race timer. Repetitive delays on daily race isn't expected. I haven't said anything about adding other games at PD. Because they have everything at their sister site ‘Stake’. But occasionally they should run some special race with bigger prize pool in Primedice. Maybe once in a week/month. Most of the regular players of PD are displeased for the delays of the daily race.
