Still no one hit the jackpot since PD add it few years ago or are there some jackpot winners already?
If there are some winners already, where we can see the winners list? I tried to find it but cant find anything.
But if no one hit the jackpot, is there any plan to change the jackpot system or spend the fund for other thing to attract people to gamble more than before?

No one has claimed the jackpot yet, but some users got the jackpot number. But most of them wasn't eligible for the jackpot prize for the min bet requirement. There are several topics in Primedice forum, where the users asked similar question like you. This is one of those topics: Has anyone even won the jackpot now ?
Here is the reply from a moderator of Primedice in that topic

I have hit 77.77 twice in a row 5 times already. But all of my bets were with zero or few satoshis, so i was not eligible for the jackpot. Statistically it is bound to happen once every 100 million rolls, so theoretically we have had already ~317 hits like this. Most of them probably with low bets or by people who didn't even see that they hit it I also check them only once per a few months as i store all my bets, but i would probably miss them all if i didn't use any bots for it...

I think Primedice should change their jackpot winning system. This isn't so easy to roll 77.77 twice. There is some min bet limit. Moreover, the system isn't automated. User needs to contact the support team if he/she is eligible (meet the requirements) for the jackpot.

I think Primedice should change their jackpot winning system. This isn't so easy to roll 77.77 twice. There is some min bet limit. Moreover, the system isn't automated. User needs to contact the support team if he/she is eligible (meet the requirements) for the jackpot.

Changing the manual system into automatic system is more than enough to make it more attractive.
Basically not many dice players are focusing on the rolled number while they are playing as most of them are focusing on the result only (win or lose) unless someone is hunting for the jackpot or hunting specific number for contest.
Other suggestion from me related to the jackpot is that lowering the min bet or at least give small rewards to players who hit 77.77 twice in a row if their bet amount is below the current min bet requirement for the jackpot.

Zoltan got the jackpot number twice in a row few many times, but he wasn't eligible for low bet amount. The min bet limit has made the Primedice jackpot a imaginary thing. And there is no way to win the jackpot easily by chasing it. Because, the probability is very low to get the 77.77 twice (in a row).

The best thing is to play normally without minding the jackpot because if you only play for the jackpot, you will likely lose most of the times but remember to play manually and always look on the numbers that shows on your screen so that you won't miss it if ever you hit the jackpot numbers.

They shouldn't change it because it will be unfair for those who spend millions already trying to hit that jackpot and besides it wasn't easy to hit it anyway. They should not worry because they can earn more than that jackpot amount. It was somehow a nice lure or promotion that primedice got. No wonder why primedice has no promotion because their jackpot prize is too huge already.

I don't think either. I am not sure when I have seen the last update from the Primedice team. I don't play there anymore so, I don't know if they have released a new update or not. I believe even their developers cannot remember when the last time they worked for Primedice was. This site is like abandoned by the Stake team. But Still, this is one of the popular and old casinos where people love to play. Still, it's bigger than many other casino platforms.
