If you really sure that you have the account and you can provide the proof that you own the account, I think there is a chance for you to get it back although the chance is low because you have been inactive for so many years.

BTW, it has been almost 12 years since Primedice started their journey. This is the birthday month of Primedice.com. They have sent a monthly bonus yesterday to start the birthday month. Perhaps, there will be another monthly bonus later in this month.

10 years ago is 2015 which I’m active player on Primedice. KYC is not existing at that time even on popular casino. The first time I encounter KYC is on Fortunejack but around 2017.

Primedice doesn’t have KYC even by the time I stop gambling on it. I think this user is probably claiming a manual verification on his account to Stunna here in the forum to recover his account.

You should try to login to your account if you remember your credentials and then try to withdraw it. If you cant, ask support.

If you cannot remember your credentials, email support team about your situation and then go from there.

I have no idea to be honest because I'm not active in Primedice for so many years, but as what informed by Mahdirakib KYC is still not mandatory here unlike the sister site Stake.
Just curious how could he says that he managed to undergo KYC 10 years ago, if it is real then another question is how many btc he has in his PD's account and is that amount from his own deposit or an amount that he collected from giveaways or faucet?

You have to directly ask about it to the support email of Primedice. Why aren't you trying the 'forget password' feature by entering your email one by one?

Can you make your inquiries more clear here? The bonuses of Primedice are almost same as Stake bonuses. They give monthly bonus to the eligible users every month. I'm not sure whether Primedice team give birthday bonus to the KYC verified users or not.
