site is down stunna you need to compensate players or they will stop gambling on your site downtime is not except able
I think downtimes are somehow acceptable. You cannot expect a site which have newly upgraded to not have issues and have downtimes. It isn't reasonable for Stunna to spend extra BTC compensating users especially if they never play here before which you can never determine. I don't see how loyal and big gamblers would abandon PD just because of downtimes and optimizations. PD is very trusted overall with extremely nice graphics so even with downtimes, people would still go there to gamble. downtime causes people to question legitimacy of the site. I have been on primedice since the very beginning so. Stunna has in the past infact compensated due to downtime so.

You realise Stunna have a very good reputation, people who see it would trust him immediately. In the past, the software was considered to be relatively stable and was created and launched long ago, it have only been less than a month when PD2 was upgraded to PD 3, it is natural to expect downtimes as optimizations are being made.

It's pretty much impossible to play pvp right now with the chat problems, I hope it gets fixed soon.
Now that the site seems to be up/stable our current goal is fixing sockets so you can chat/see all bets. stunna said his site was stable

I don't think he meant 100% uptimes as he would still need to upgrade sockets. Even Google have downtimes after being so stable.

They tested the site thoroughly before releasing it. There were tests going on for months to be sure everything was going to work right, but you can't test for how a server or site is going to react to thousands of users being on it at all times. Just give them some time to figure what all the issues are are, and give them time to fix it. Stop jumping down their throats about all of this, you are only making it take longer for Stunna to finish the updates for having to come on here and correct/reassure you guys things are being done. If it's killing you that bad on the inside to not be able to gamble, I suggest you take advantage of this downtime to go outside and get some fresh air

Three times yesterday my "stop after X loss" failed. It went two bets beyond it in some cases until it decided to stop. Shot the support multiple emails with screenshots of the bets and my screen to see what they say. Cost me a good few cents lol. Oh well. Still was entertaining and I profited yesterday. A little frustrated though. Hopefully thats fixed soon so I can keep betting and killing time

I am project manager and know how create and test websites. Don't tell me about " thousands" users. 2 testers and 2 weeks is enought to search and edit most of bugs.

Are you testers using special software for performance testing? Something like this: http://www.neotys.com/

No I am not a developer, but I witnessed first hand all of the hours and man power they put into testing the site before release, to try and make sure everything was perfect. Like I said, you have to give them time, step off their backs.

The complaining going on in the chat is amazing. You people who have followed me in this thread know that I am very hard on stuff that's wrong for no appareant reason, but downtime happens. People are acting like it's been down 99% since it came up, it's been trouble the last few days sure but that's to be expected with such a large userbase... Stop QQing, the devs aren't making any money when it's down they are doing everything they can for sure.

I had a balance of 0.1735 and now it's 0? wtf is this can i get my bitcoin back pls stunna. Username: Nizam Hey I had a similar issue only the reverse. I bet my faucet which was around 1500 satoshis and lost. Then I left and the site went down. I came back and it showed as having 3000 satoshis. The bet history was correct, showing that my balance should have been 0. I have no idea what's going on. Maybe it was "reset" to an earlier time or something?
