I've added a new p2pool. With the difficulty increase, it will be useful.

Here are the parameters:

cgminer --scrypt -o next.afraid.org:8118 -u yourNIBaddress -p .

statistics available here: http://next.afraid.org:8118

----------------
2% fee.

How long to pay out?

Whats your worker name?   Have you adjust scan time?  I suspect by the time your client returns the work the block is already solved, but can look a bit more by worker name.

I have the same problem, my worker name is vsjensen.0 and vsjensen.7, both are getting about 1/3 accepted and 2/3 rejected with messages of (job 'xxx' not found)

what is your latency to the pool node by chance?  With such quick blocks being solved by the pool its likely the block is solved (and job removed) before you end up submitting the share.   I'll keep looking into it though, I may bring up a 2nd server in another location.  I'll keep an eye on whether the complaints get more wide-spread.

I have expiry in the conf - but that's about it - don't know how to add scan time .

Gave up on this - almost 40% rejects.

Also no payout yet but I guess that takes time.
