Hi there. What about the legislation? Will your project be legal in all countries?
It is and will be legal, just some products might not be offered in some countries, but for example even today we can offer IBANs for residents of all countries (except US).

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Please check your facts, this is not true: "In Poland Lithuania neighbour you need only around 125000 start up capital to open bank".

I personally not value Lithuanian Bank license very high. There are some banana-republics that have more credibility than Lithuania which is below Botswana, Saint Lucia, Cape Verde and the Dominican Republic in last year's global corruption rank.

Just that you know, across the European Union, authorised small specialist banks, have to meet the definition and hold an absolute minimum amount of capital equal to €5m or £5m (whichever is higher), plus a capital planning buffer. Once capital resources exceed €5 million it ceases to be a specialist bank and Bankera would therefore not qualify for being a specialist bank.

Why can't you answer my earlier simple question???

Bankera is looking to raise a lot of money, but it cannot use it for the purpose it claims. How will this work, because the CET1 capital requirements are against equity and Bankera ICO is not about equity, hence it cannot use the proceeds for the purpose it claims. This is very confusing.

Something does not add up here folks.

Are you kidding me, now this paid bitcointalk signature.

"From August 28, Bankera: ever wanted to own a bank? Licensed, with IBANs, cards... Own a traditional bank with features from the blockchain era."

If above is not misleading then what is?  Shocked

Thanks for the PLN-EUR rate. Did you also know that BTC is over $4,000  Grin

The minimum specialist bank initial capital requirement in Poland is 5 000 000 euros.

Not sure why you think it's misleading? Let me know so I can fix it. Also they didn't pay me anything, I am using my referral link, maybe I'm missing out on money? Cheesy

I just used information from their website.

Thank you for clarifying this, it is clearer now. So, Bankera is not a bank although your tagline somewhat hints that it might be one "the Bank for the Blockchain era". You, therefore intend, to collect ICO proceed because you will be issuing loans under other types of licenses, such as consumer credit license (or payday loan license) until you will decide to apply for a bank license in the future.

Would you therefore kindly, expand on your financials a little bit more.

I would like to understand more about your balance sheet, how have you derived to these projections?
Perhaps you can share with us your high-level income statement, assets and liabilities, please?

Thank you for answering, I have quite a lot to invest and just interested in understanding more.

Okay, I now understand your reply. I was just listing the ICOs on my signature, and will change the wording because if they won't get a banking license is better to represent them as they are.

We already have a partnership with licensed Australian lender spotterloans.com.au to assist us with lending activity, we also have invested in an European PSP which is our partner. We have not stated anywhere what we are going to apply for a license in Lithuania, it still depends on many issues such as our capital size etc. The minimum amount of capital is a minimum, so the actual capital has to be higher as if bank's capital falls below minimum requirement the bank might be liquidated.

I am not sure what you do not understand, but Bankera ICO is conducted to build equity capital, so it add ups pretty straightforward.

I'm trying to understand the #s, this is what I'm currently calculating according to the whitepaper:

my understanding of the token supply is about 17,500,000,000 after SCO probably a little less.  I'll round it off to an even 17,000,000,000

so in 10 years whitepaper suggest 500M in revenue.  Token holders would be allotted 100M of that, split amongst 17,000,000,000 comes out to about .0059 eur which is less than ICO price....I'm hoping I'm doing the math wrong somewhere, because it doesn't sound that enticing for it to take 10 years for the profit share to get to .0059 eur...If this math is correct, the ICO price seems a bit high to me.

While I do like the pro-rata distribution in the event the ICO doesn't sell out, is an SCO really needed thereafter in that circumstance?  Why dilute the token supply even further if the ICO didn't sell out?  Are there scenarios where the SCO idea gets scrapped and those tokens get burned?

Generally I speaking, I like Bankera, I'm just having a hard time digesting the ICO price considering the token supply and the revenue projections.

Finally, the Bankera's smart contract will distribute funds (Ether and XEM) to the holders of Banker (ERC20 and NEM mosaic) tokens pro-rata. For example, if there are 50,000,000,000 BNK tokens available in total and you have 1,000,000 BNK you will receive cryptocurrency in a value of around 40 EUR.

Banking licence doesnt cost hundred mln of euro, dollar

In Poland Lithuania neighbour you need only around 125000 start up capital to open bank

Not sure what you're referring to, the pro-rata I was referring to was the one in the event the ICO doesn't sell out.  According to white paper, those excess tokens would get split up pro-rata to ICO/pre-ico investors.

But that wasn't even my main pt.  How is the ICO price justified based on the #s?

If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.

Not sure if this is related but a Lithuanian, with the same name, was sentenced to prison earlier because he: "...committed various fraudulent offences ...three counts of cheating, suppression of documents and false accounting ... the applicant was arrested in Moscow on an extradition request by the Lithuanian authorities."

I think it will become a huge currency.
I'm sure this is because people need different things.
It seems that SkinCoin is succeeding enough in the future.
