Just came here after reading the scam system developed by the Lithuania scammer vyustuk , this is the shame on the fate of digital system where scammers are looting people's retirement money and still have guts to stand in public and start another scam project. Same on these figures...Both CEO and CCO and all the supporters. If anyone wants to take legal action in Nairobi and it's neighbouring country contact me, I will help you.

Just to let you know, I play slots on betcoin.ag with amounts like 0.2 to 1 btc, I have never played with amount more than 50 BTC , but the people who had played had never got their money withdrawal from there...This trait is called selective scamming. Spectrocoin and et al have been doing the same...They will surely pay you 200-1200..3000$ but will eventually scam you once you have riaked enough amount which they can't resist the temptation of.

It is strange, how people with 4 days old accounts accuses us of scam and after authors of accusations disappear, new users are raising these issues again.
More strange is the fact, that nearly none of our clients complain about failures of our IT system or lags in loading of cards or withdrawals, because it never happens, as we try provide high quality service to our clients.
For me spectrocoin and team is legit, and you play casisnos to much, paypal is scam, google is scam, there are icos where everything is wonderful, only post how much token will be,no fud, after ico is only patience and patience. There is no hype trolls here
Looks like Nigiria scam,200000$ on casino slots, looks like you are owner of some oil fields

8.2 of your whitepaper states that you are paying token holders dividends.
If you are paying dividends to the token holders you are classified as a "security" in the eyes of the SEC.
Would you care to comment?

We are not paying dividends, its an affiliate commission (net revenue share), so it cannot be treated as dividents. Also bankers will be used as discount voucher codes to pay for Bankera's services so they are effectively vouchers with affiliate commission on top. Also we are not dealing with US, so SEC regulation does not affect this ICO.

You told me earlier that you are collecting equity capital - but now it's an "affiliate commission" below. Which one is it?

Equity capital represents the capital through a purchase of a company's common stock (ordinary shares), but you are not selling shares.

You guys are going to get into trouble with regulators in most countries.
You can go ahead and tell yourselves that "commissions" are not the same thing as "dividends" but I am willing to bet that the SEC and all the counterpart agencies in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, and probably every country with a functioning government are going to look at this in the exact same way.
When you allow profits from an enterprise to flow into the hands of the token holders by way of dividends, airdrops, commissions, or whatever term you want to call it, you are talking about securities.
As such, you are effectively selling unregistered securities in the eyes of virtually every regulator on the planet.
