I would ask in the Chat at Spectrocoin, when I did my last deposit it took more than 24h to show up or maybe also some check by the team after I claimed in chat.

The fees are not determined yet. However, there will be no fees for BNK tokens on Bankera exchange.

Hi, the ICO will be running until the end of February.

To claim IBAN  you will need to go through a KYC procedure such as profile verification and a questionnaire, plus a Skype call. More information you can find here: https://blog.spectrocoin.com/en/2017/11/claim-an-international-bank-account-number-at-spectrocoin/ The issuing of IBAN is free.

yes I don't like referrals in ICOs as well, but it's quite small reward so don't think it's scammy.

It's just you This is a common practice, to market the ICO. Most offer bounty or affiliate programs. You have exchanges who have affiliate programs to lure clients in. Look at it as part of marketing
