Can't believe how this scammy project raised more then $100m, the shilling on this forum in unreal.
It cost Vitalik 18m$ to create ethereum and these guys want 6x that for an exchange.
These guys should really go to jail.

Whats the criteria for getting the card, do people that participated in the ICO automatically get a card or you have to go and apply via spectrocoin website for it? |
