The ~11,278,450 BTDX for block 1, "Old Chain Total Balance snapshot send out to same addresses in BTDXV2 chain" was a bit surprising and that's why i thought about some kind of premining, even if its the wrong word to describe it. Those block-1-swapped-coins-from-old-chain, they're not gone, they were "duplicated" to the previous holders wallets, right ?

I thought it was some kind of "fresh start" But no.

They were duplicated to all the old holders. Everybody who has the old BTD (provided that the old coins were in an exact address at the time of the SNAPSHOT) can do the hardcoded swap (if they can get the old BTD wallet to sync)

COINEXCHANGE had to disable their wallet because of the WALLET UPDATE. Please do not worry, they will resume trading when they update their wallet.

I can confirm. I got exactly the same amount as I had before the swap and I didn't have to do anything but import my wallet.dat and rebuild it, and of course resync.

My only regret is not listening to John when he told us to withdraw coins from Yobit. I left some there and ended up selling them for significantly less than I would have made if I moved them. Hopefully, one day Yobit will give us our addresses on the BTDX chain and I'll get those coins back.

Plus side, I was able to deposit and sold all of my BTD holdings on Yobit after the swap and made some extra from that. lol. Still, it's less than I would have made if I transferred those coins to CoinExchange. This isn't the first time either.

We need masternodes to update their protocol. That's the main delay right now, from my understanding.

Sorry, I've just seen this and replaced and restarted my MN.  I see that half are still on the old protocol.

To everyone with a masternode, please check that it says '70713' beside it under Protocol and, if not, select it and press "Start alias" or "Start all", even if it shows as enabled.  It should then restart with the new protocol - mine didn't originally until I did this.
