Baritus mentioned many time how he hates 'Digi' as it is non-translatable to other languages so why would the new market be called DigiMart...especially now with Digicoin as a competitor...sounds like a market for Digicoins. To be consistent it should be DigitalMart.

I was more worried about people tying the "DigitalMart" to being only Digitalcoins, where we are actually going to be working with other communities and coins to make this a group effort and get so much further in building it. That is a good point though. If anyone has suggestions for names that don't tie us to any specific coin, I would love to hear them. The one that we choose will get 50 DGC as a mini prize Rawdawg

Nice to see DGC going up today. The rise is only temporary, prime time this coin is past.

I wonder why this coin is still alive. Fewer people are interested in it! Some of the reasons I hold DGC: > Great name > Great brand > Community > Active projects and future plans

DGC is continually being improved and developed for usage. Most other altcoins are either obvious scams, or mostly used for speculation, some have no dev support whatsoever. It will be a while until people will realize that cryptocoins can actually be used as a currency, and not just a fiat machine. Perhaps when Bitcoin becomes too expensive to use on some every day basis this will start to change. Then it'll turn out to be good to have merchant services, a java wallet and everything else that is currently in the pipe for DGC.

Hello, DigitalCoin 2.0 is ready for distribution and we urge all users to update to this new software. It is faster, more stable, and brings new functionality. This is not a hard fork and so there is no forced update by date(or more accurately, block number). Source: https://github.com/baritus/digitalcoinWindows Executable: https://github.com/baritus/digitalcoinWindowsMac Update: Coming soon InstructionsWindows1. Replace your current digitalcoin files with those provided in the zip file above Linux1. Remove your current digitalcoin install 2. Compile a new client and move it to the old digitalcoin directory On first run, all block data present in your digitalcoin AppData folder will be re-indexed. Do not touch the AppData folder as there is no need to do so. Please post support requests in the appropriate forum section. Regards, Baritus

Could you provide us with some URLs? Where did you get that information from? If creating a new faucet really creates much new members everyday, I'm sure some people here are willing to invest some DGC into the faucet.
