first of all I think we have to divide concepts : I mean the security of bitcoins itself, the network, bitcoin's core and so on and the security of bitcoins in user hand.
so for the first one I'm quite sure it pretty safe now, but of course everyday work has to be done in order this situation will remain
as for the second think it is all depends on user hands! if his computer is protected and he make things right, all security updates are installed and so on..
all should be good

Bitcoin had been are for quite sometime and its been growing well as well. for sure is a target for hackers which is inevitable. play your part to reveal your personal passwords and etc. that will be a good a prevention of being hack. For now bitcoin is really secure as long as you don't disclosed your password to anyone.and bitcoin itself has its own security features.it is impossible to hack because it has a special wallet to keep secure

Bitcoin wallets are very secured in a way that it has own authentications. Most threats to bitcoins are just when you are not careful enough to protect your account privacy. But of course the dangerness of one's wallets is defend on the owner on how they handle their wallet like securing your own ATM Pin code. Nowadays lots of establishments adapting to bitcoin as their mode of payment means they trusted its security

Bitcoin users have full control over their transactions; it is not possible for sellers to create unwanted or unnecessary bills as can happen with other payment methods. Payment with Bitcoin can be made without including a personal identifier for the payment process. This provides strong protection from identity thieves. Bitcoin users can also protect their money with backup and encryption.

Hello pals,
Recently I introduced Bitcoin and cryptocurrency to my friends and family, they liked the concept but they asked me a question that I wasn't able to answer. Is Bitcoin really secure? What if a hacker was able to hack Bitcoin system/blockchain?Who manages Bitcoin security and what are the security measures taken to avoid hackers being able to steal Bitcoins? Why Bitcoin is not blocked for those who use it illegally by buying/selling in the deepweb market? What if governements ban Bitcoin because of these people?
I really appreciate if you  guys give me some answers

The currency that can be used for money laundering or tax would force the government to regulate them: "when I saw the governments and regulators to the attention of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing, tax evasion, I can't see a future. The anonymity of transactions is a problem I think will put pressure on bitcoin.

Until now, Blockchain Bitcoin has never been hacked. Some of the events that exist, is hacking to individual Bitcoin owners. Not against Blockchain. As for the individual security has been a lot of tutorial or recently developed hardware wallets.

Yes bitcoin is a secure crypto currency, but hackers always find ways on how to hack others and that what makes other bitcoin users from not being secured. What we need to do is to make sure that our accounts is always safe from the hackers.

Well rest easy my guy. Because we all know that bitcoin is one if the most secure programs/products in the entirety of the internet. The security of bitcoin is so great no one has been able to hack it. And the hacking issues posted and announced on social media as well as mass media were cases of negligence on tge part of the user and in no way is bitcoin's security liable if you are the one who made the mistake. So be happy to tell your family abd relatives and you too should clear your mind.

I have learned on the past and I took a closer look at various incidents of theft over the years and came to a simple conclusion: Bitcoin’s technology can be trusted so long as you know how it works, or if you rely on the right people. All of the thefts in recent years have been the result of carelessness on the part of bitcoin owners, or else incompetency or dishonesty from the companies they used.
All in all, bitcoin is more secure than most existing financial services, including legacy banking platforms like SWIFT, which has been compromised repeatedly by hackers.

If its not secure then the government should be able to track the illegal transactions. It is only hackable when some information is exposed. The government is already making its action towards banning bitcoin but its impossible to shut it down completely.

Well, for me bitcoin is not really that secured more than what we think. Well, we cannot deny the fact that bitcoin is decentralize means there are no specific people or some group controlling the system of it, so, basically bitcoin is vulnerable to hackers.

Bitcoin is really secure the foundation. You have to provide security in your wallet to make sure that is safe. I know that Bitcoin provide or doing their best to secure our privacy and the system. If ever it happen then that's part and Im sure they will do their best. Just believe on it.

A2A, I'm not very well involved in bitcoin but I have done research and from an outside point of view I regard it as safe. It's fairly easy to protect a wallet and the currency as a whole has been well adopted. However, bitcoin is subject to much more wild fluctuation than paper/coin currencies as we saw this year so from an investment standpoint it is rather risky but the return is also great if you invest right.

It's safe if you know how to preserve them is a security issue. On the investment issue it is only safe when you know the techniques of data analysis before investing.
