Next week they promised an update. But, it seems, it will not be about exchanges. |

Re: Kucion 'lost' my NEO - Happy Outcome. I would just like to say that I am now a happy camper. I had a long chat with Kucoin in there support chat box and the stuck NEO transaction is now un-stuck (looks like a completely new transaction was made), and going by transaction time the NEO was sent a few minutes after end of chat. The chat went failry smoothly but I think a bit of lost-in-translation went on so it did go on for a bit longer than expected. My original NEO transaction happened at the same time as they were making changes to the NEO wallet so I think I got caught in the cross-fire. I think the support chat box is only on during working hours but at least you get to talk to someone directly and they patiently listen to you, unlike Poloniex who seem to just ignore there customers for weeks/months on end. Kudos to Kucoin  |

Kucoin seems to be currently updating the RPX wallet! Here is the message you got on the kucoin website :
"We are upgrading NEO wallet to implement RPX withdraw function, the deposit address of NEO/GAS/RPX have changed due to the upgrading."

Hi everyone. Can someone recommend a wallet for RPX tokens? I am using the NEO-GUI wallet version 2.3.6474.32109. I loaded .02 NEO gas on the wallet and attempted to transfer a small amount of RPX ( 10 ), from KuCoin, to the wallet but the RPX tokens never arrive. This is after waiting for 45 min.
The withdraw records say "succeeded" on Kucoin but the blockchain record section and operation section is blank....
Is this a problem with my wallet ( not compatible with RPX) or a problem with Kucoin?

It looks like your NEO-GUI wallet version is correct. Maybe you need to wait for the transaction number to appear. It took me a few hours to load all the transaction ID initially. |

Wouldn't you be able to use https://neotracker.io/wallet as well? After the ICO, my RPX where also visible in there... Should be a lot easier than setting up a NEO-GUI-wallet. |

I think it still profitable to buy RPX at Kucoin, as long it below 10cent and the price right now is around 0.05, I think it can jump anytime when it listed at a better exchange.

The price seems to be going down even more at the moment... Definitely not what everybody was expecting during the ICO, that was really stressy, I remember how nervous I got, together with all the other people trying to obtain RPX and now it seems nobody cares  |
