I'm Italian but currently in the US (not citizen nor resident) and for example to partecipate at Stox's ICO I had to use a VPN otherwise I couldn't access to the ICO page because of the American IP.

Ah, looks like I missed it. Was at work during the day and wanted to create a wallet adress at home, but seems in the meantime it was closed. Sad, there was no info about when it will close. anyways, I will try to participate in the regular ico then.

Are you going to publish the contract code? It would be more transparent and good for educational purposes as ICOs based on NEO are very rare (I know Agrello used neo but the thing came out during the sale).
