Think this way: You can look at each solution from different perspectives. If main idea is taken, find another valuable implementation of your solution or try to implement it with same idea but for another industry with some features developed specially for choosen industry.

I strongly disagree with the people who are suggesting you find a completely new idea and don't tell anyone. One thing you should realize when starting a project is that someone else has already done something similar. There is no way around it. What you are trying to do has probably already been done. After you get past that mental barrier, you need to figure out what you are going to do that is going to make you so much better than everything that has already been done. Do you think Tesla was the first electric car company or Apple was the first computer company? No of course not. But when they came into the industry, they had a vision. A vision for how their products were going to change your life. Then, they executed on that vision. You need to do the same thing. Don't worry about what other people are doing. Don't even mind if you tell other people. Let other people know. Do you know why you can let other people know? Because you have the vision and passion for your idea, and they don't.
